Welcome to 120 Sunflower St, a standout Phase 4 WaterColor retreat professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A. This home blends thoughtful coastal design, resort access, and family comfort in one of 30A’s most desirable beach communities.

Boasting 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, plus 2 half baths, it comfortably sleeps 10 guests across master suites, twins, and a bunk room. With a 6‑seat golf cart, 3 adult bikes, and 10 WaterColor amenity wristbands, your guests get unmatched access to the best of this community.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 10):
1st Floor:
- Master Bedroom One: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower and Tub
2nd Floor
- Master Bedroom Two: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower
- Bedroom Three: Two Twin Beds, Private Bathroom with Shower and Tub
- Bunk Room: Two Twin over Twin Bunk Beds (4 Twins Total) Shares bathroom with twin bedroom and half bath

Staying at 120 Sunflower grants you full use of WaterColor’s amenities: private beach access, resort pools, trails, tennis, dining, and community events. The property’s strategic location positions guests near Seaside, Camp WaterColor, and scenic dune lakes. All guests 5 and over are required to wear a wristband while enjoying resort amenities. Children under 5 are free.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and Beach Habitats 30A.

Awesome fall trip to watercolor. House was great. Loved doing fires at night and kitchen allowed for us to make full thanksgiving spread. Great access to watercolor and seaside.

Overall the house was good... great location! The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the front porch. Broken dishwasher rack, golf cart & bikes (tired) and an exterminator would help the property. The house is on the market to sale.

The location was great, nice quiet area and spacious home. Owners definitely need to invest in upgrading many things throughout the home, particularly the golf cart (windshield was hanging off when we arrived so we didnt have one the entire time), tv's, dishwasher (bottom rack wouldn't pull out), cooking wear, we had to purchase 20 hangers to hang our clothes (left them there for others to use).

Awesome house, works great for large family’s & groups!

The house and watercolors are great. Mgmt teams has awesome system in place for any questions and needs and check in process is all automated so don’t have to wait for anyone. 5 stars across the board.

The ice maker was such a nice touch for loading coolers and such for the beach! The only suggestion I would make is to change the door lock to a keypad. Keeping up with the key and having people go back to the house at different times made it difficult! Outside of that, it was PERFECT!!!!

The golf cart was very helpful for getting to the beach. It is a short golf cart ride to the beach from the house (not walkable), and the only thing that would be more helpful is clearer instructions on where and how to access the private watercolor beach and where to park. Management was very responsive via text.

Our family had an outstanding stay in Watercolor. The house was outstanding and welcoming! The bikes and golf cart were both perfect for transportation around Seaside and Watercolor. We will be back for another visit soon!

It is in a newer part of watercolor so not close to the beach but the owners provide a golf cart and bikes, which make getting to the beach, to seaside, and getting around in general very convenient. We had a little trouble with the golf cart and the property management company responded immediately, within minutes, to take care of the issue. We were very happy here and would stay again.

Beautiful home close to the grocery store

Home is close to the grocery store & Camp Watercolor. Loved having access to the golf cart for use since the beach is a good ways away. There is no door on the bunkbed room just FYI. Home was furnished with just about everything we needed. Had an issue with one tv not working, rental company came out & replaced it. No issues. Loved our time there!

Pretty house in crossings with golf cart

Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to watercolor for 15 years and have stayed in several different parts- the crossings works well with older kids (teens) as they can easily bike the long distance and like to zip over to seaside. The golf cart helped with the adults since it is a bit of a hike to the watercolor beach. Like many WC houses, the finish out of this one was nice- furniture was clean and overall we were happy with the house. I do wish we had known how close the three upstairs bedrooms were to each other- we were two families and only one master is down - the other is literally inches from the bunk room and twin beds room- so kind of an unfair set up- we flipped a coin. The only coffee maker was a kurig machine which was strange for a big house with likely many adults - we went and bought a coffee maker to take back with us. And bring your own throw blankets- the house had none.

Amazing property!

Our family really enjoyed staying at this location. The house was very clean, they offered beach towels. Some essentials to get you started and a peaceful space. We would definitely be coming back.

Girls Trip

Property was very clean, well appointed and perfect for our girls trip. Our only disappointment was that the internet and televisions were not in working order and although attentive to our requests, they were unable to fully be restored to working order before our trip was over.

The golf cart was fantastic making getting to the beach very easy. Kitchen especially nice with topped amenities and master bedroom large with great bathroom. All the bathrooms very nice. Beds comfortable and whole house well kept. 5 minute walk to Publix.
