Great property and community especially for kids! Check in was a little rocky due to having the wrong address to pick up our parking pass etc but after a quick call to the owners all was worked out.

Building memories

This is our third year staying in Second Wind and we have already booked for next year! This is the perfect house for our family of four plus my parents and the location is great. We love this house and would recommend it to anyone thinking about renting it!

Great location in Watercolor. Walking distance to Camp Watercolor. Clean, beautiful house. Property Management was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Will definitely book again!

Great house walking distance to the Camp WC pool. Had everything you need, beach chairs/umbrellas, well stocked kitchen, ice maker. Could not ask for anything more. Host very accessible via text/email. Would stay again in the home, but NOT in Watercolor as they are becoming more and more greedy over the years, now charging 25 per instance to park a golf cart at beach club or Camp WC. Will look at Grayton, Blue Mountain, or Watersound in the future. Sad, been coming to WC for over 10 years now...

Spectacular location and responsive flexible rental managers

We had a fantastic time as a family at our Watercolor rental. The location of the home was perfect as we could easily walk to Camp Watercolor or take a quick golf cart or bike to the beach. The house was laid out well and had all the amenities we needed for a stay that felt like home. We encountered one issue that was resolved ASAP by the management company who were also extremely flexible, accommodating, and helpful. We would definitely rent from this company and this specific house again.

House was just as described/pictures. Our family and daughter's friends enjoyed the house and open kitchen. Team was helpful resolving a check-in issue with Watercolor HOA. This house sits on the main road of Watercolor, so it can be a busy noisy on the porch but also provides great people watching. The shuttle service to beach with pick up at the front door was amazing and drivers were so friendly and accomodating with our group!

The house was just as pictured and we enjoyed staying there! I have stayed at several rentals in Watercolor and this was by far the cleanest property. Great location and comfortable for our family!

Great master bedroom

Our family loved the large island! We loved playing games around the coffee table in living area. We rented bikes and loved close access to pools!

Location, location, location!

This charming home is a quick walk to Camp Watercolor which was a favorite of my grandchildren. It’s also a couple of blocks from Publix and a short walk to get to Seaside shops and restaurants. The home is spacious and comfortable, with a great, well-stocked kitchen. The screened in porch was a lovely spot to play board games on our rainy days! I would definitely consider staying here again!

Great getaway

The property is very nicely decorated and kitchen is well stocked. Property manager was very responsive to small issues at check in. They have some maintenance issues with the master bathroom with the shower and sinks not draining well and bathtub not working.

Great house but a few maintenance issues

We loved our stay in Watercolor! The house was as described. There were several maintenance issues… doorknob to a bedroom fell off, dryer was very slow drying, dishwasher didn’t want to work, cold water faucet on master sink didn’t work and master tub wasn’t operational. I talked to property manager about a couple of issues and they were quick to respond.

Great House......Sub-Par Organization

The house itself is wonderful.. Well appointed, well decorated and stocked with everything you need at home and for the beach. Going in, you know that you have to bike to the beach area and carry all of your stuff. After locking up bikes, then hike some more, with all your stuff, to the beach. There is no running home because you forgot something or had to use the bathroom. When we arrived at stated time, the maid service had not cleaned. Trash, towels, linens, dishes, etc....piled up everywhere. Not a good start. After a few hours of cleaning by the service that was called by the manager, we began to relax around dinner time. We were promised wristbands for our crew to the Watercolor Resort. There were a pile of them on the kitchen counter when we arrived. This is where the pool is located and access to the beach, as well as food and bar. This Resort area is tightly controlled. When we rode all our bikes down to the Resort, we were turned away because our wristbands had expired. Okaayyy.....After several phone calls, we were allowed in on a "one" day pass until we could get our real wristbands. After some more phone calls and waiting we received them on our last day. Despite these interruptions, our trip was great. Most importantly, the kids had a great time. The area is beautiful, clean and safe. If you are into walking, running, and biking, this is the place for you. Just remember to buy a lot of food and cook yourself....the cost of eating out was outrageous.....

Wonderful for families

The location was perfect for us. Close to the tennis courts and Camp Watercolor. The house is well decorated with great appliances. We were able to quickly get in touch with the team for any issues we had.
