This is a great location, the host was very commutative and the place was nice. The only complaint I had was the cleanliness. My wife had me by all-purpose cleaner just to feel comfortable staying in here. We are not neat freaks by no means. But whatever company they are using to keep the place clean must do the bare minimum because there is a substantial amount of dust on surfaces that maybe don't get used everyday.

We had a multi-generational family stay here a few weeks before Christmas, and it was perfect. Young adult slept upstairs, older mother and husband/wife slept downstairs. The kitchen was large and functional, with a large dining table for snacks. There was ample seating in the living room (couch, 2 chairs). Fireplace is fake. TONS of windows throughout the condo, *except* in the upstairs bedroom, interestingly. The master bed was heavenly (everyone else said their beds were great) and the sheets were very soft! The master bedroom felt a little... lopsided. The bed and chest were over to one side, then a large amount of open floor space, and a very large closet on the opposite wall. Bathroom vanity is outside of the toilet/bathroom. The sunroom was large but we didn't use it - it was very cold when we were there... There is a glass block window near the back of the sunroom, which I discovered looked into the master bathroom! Not a big deal if it's just a couple, but it was a little odd.Due to the high ceilings, the space was very cold in the living room/kitchen (we all were in fleece, socks, and blankets, when we hung out in the common areas). And yet, all of the rooms were much warmer as we slept. Location-wise, this was a great home base. It's a less busy portion of the strip, and you can access a few of the different back door routes from here (Green, Red, Blue Routes). that keep you out of traffic. We were within 10 minutes of any place we wanted to go.

The condo was filthy. Floors were so dirty that the bottoms of my granddaughters feet were black. Areas had thick dust and dirt built up, one shower didn’t drain properly, cabinets were dirty, comforter on one bed was stained and dirty. I bought cleaning g supplies and cleaned floors, and bathrooms.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Thousand Oaks and both times were great! Easy check in, friendly and efficient! Would definitely rent this unit again! Pictures were exactly what condo looked like and worked perfectly for us!

2025 Family Getaway

The condo is very centrally located! Couldn't have asked for a better location. The unit is up one flight of stairs, so not hard to access. The condo looked just like the pictures online. This is a very nice vacation unit. We didn't use any of the kitchen appliances with the exception of the coffee maker, but, all appliances were very nice. There were a few issues we had 1) I didn't feel it was clear we needed to go to a different location to check in. Assumed it would all be emailed/texted to me. It was just around the corner, so no big deal. 2) The water pressure in the showers/tubs is very VERY weak. Took quite awhile to fill a tub for the littles to bathe. 3) The floors were very dirty. All of our socks, or feet would be pretty dirty walking around. It was like that day 1. I think they may need to spend a little extra time cleaning floors. All in all would definitely stay here again. Communication was very good, our location to the pool was great, just a walk across the street. Price for the time of year and location was pretty good. General location was excellent.

Very nice property that's accurately represented by the images in the listing. Check-in was very smooth and communication with the front desk reps was easy. We had a slight issue with our door code but a quick two-minute phone call resolved it.Lots of room inside for four of us. We all agreed that the furniture/beds were comfortable. Plenty of lighting in the kitchen and living room. There are plenty of utensils but if you plan on cooking, you may want to consider bringing your own pots because there's a limited amount supplied.Our main complaint was the floor was dirty and was not swept or mopped. I read a similar complaint in another recent comment, so this is an ongoing problem. There's also low water pressure in the master bathroom shower/tub.Note: the driveway to the property is on a hill and when leaving, it can be tricky to drive straight across or make a left turn.

Inventory the kitchen utensils. The kitchen is no good if you have a poor selection of utensils. Furniture needs dusting and the towels are terrible. For this type of a rental the towels should be thick, new like. Instead the towels looked like the old ones from a Motel 6 pulled out of the dumpster. I wouldn't use them on my car. The rental has the potential just not managed well. Last but not least, other guest had two large dogs they placed in their SUV with the windows down and then they went back into their rental and of course it was parked next to ours. The parking spots are very tight and the dogs raised hell, barking just inches as I tried to get into my car. I had to crawl over from the passenger side just to back out of the tight spot. Not good.

Nice Condo close to everything

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, and the rooms/kitchen was perfect for our family. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close enough to everything but not right on the strip. Our only complaints were that the master bath shower did not work (staff offered to send someone out right away but we just used the other bathrooms), water pressure was not the greatest, and the master bed was a little firm for our liking. Other than that everything was great and we would stay here again!

Great for our family

We loved our stay at this location. It was perfect for our trip to silver dollar city as the location was perfect. My kids loved having the upstairs bedroom and we loved getting to play games at the table in the sunroom. Highly recommend this condo!

Great location, great stay just needs more kitchen essential and better drainage in bathrooms.

Overall the place is great and I would give it an 8.5/10. Location was in the center of everything. Plenty of room for our group. 5 adults and 4 kids. Needs more kitchen essentials. There was no cookie sheets or scrub brush to do do the dishes. Shower drainage was not the best and we had to stand in a few inches of water while showering. Master bathroom shower knobs were leaking. Outlet in the kitchen island was loose and not secured to the wall. Beds were comfortable and check in/out was a breeze.

Needs Updates

At first glance this property was top tier. It had lots of space and a beautiful open layout, however, after staying in it for a bit, it became obvious that there are some things that need attention. While it was very clean, it left the kitchen woefully understocked. We weren't left with dishwasher pods or any form of dish soap to wash our dishes. And if you come expecting to be able to make your own meals, be sure to bring any special utensils you might need, as they likely won't have them. Fortunately we were able to get some dish soap and dishwasher pods from the front desk, but that was an unnecessary extra step. The bathrooms also have plumbing issues that need to be addressed. The master bathroom jetted tub has a faucet that leaks and gets everywhere therefore making a mess and taking forever to fill up. The other two bathrooms have sinks and showers that drain very slowly and leave you standing in a pool at the end of a short shower. It served our needs for the short weekend trip we took, but we won't be back.

Location was great. Condo was clean and worked well for 3 families. Kitchen cookware was a bit sparse but shopping is very close and we were able buy what we needed to prepare meals. Check in and out process was very easy.

Nice Condo

Condo was perfect for our needs! Since the weather was extremely cold, we were sad that the gas log fireplace was not in working order. Also, someone was supposed to come and work on our internet but it was never fixed. These two things did not effect the enjoyment of our stay.
