This amazing, 1st floor unit in a 1930 Tudor home was just updated with modern amenities while keeping the old charm like stained glass windows. This comfortable, 2 bed 1 bath unit is within walking distance to all that St. Charles has to offer. .4mi to the Arcada and walking distance to Everything downtown from Restaurants and breweries to shopping. Located just 2 blocks from the river and Mount St. Mary Park and the Fox River Bike path Trail.
Strict Covid cleaning requirements

The house is a 2-flat and this unit is the first floor. Both apartments have separate heating and cooling including central heat and air. This unit also has exclusive use of the unfinished basement which has a washer and dryer. The Single car wide driveway is also exclusive for this unit.

Beautiful space!

The house was spotless, well appointed and the beds were very comfortable! It was close to down town as well as family we were visiting and all communication was quick and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Best host, great location!

We had a last minute trip. Host responded immediately. Home was adorable and as advertised. Location is walkable to downtown breweries and eateries etc. LOVED IT!

Jeff is a great communicator; the house is well stocked and comfortable. The location is unbeatable and in walking distance of some of the best parts of Saint Charles. Would highly recommend!

A comfortable and convenient spot!

This was our second stay (or was it our third?) in Jeff's Tudor. A great location, close to shopping & eating in St Charles & Geneva. Quiet, roomy, & comfortable with a respnsive host.. Only caveat is the somewhat steep front steps.

St Charles family trip

We had an excellent 3 day stay at this in-town St Charles location. The owner was very responsive to communications, even letting us in a bit early for check-in. The property was spotless - everything was nice and comfortable. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you.

Perfect reunion spot

Charming cottage in a super convenient location in St. Charles. We loved all the historic details of the house, and it was just right for my parents and I. The location couldn't be beat--we were just a 5 minute drive from the friends we were visiting. Though it's off a busy street, it was also very quiet. Would stay here again!

Great home and host

We've stayed at this home three times. It's clean, well-prepared and in a great location. Jeff is a great host and very responsive and attentive. You can't go wrong with this place.

Amazing House

The cutest house and an amazing location within very close walking distance to downtown St. Charles. Host was amazing and house was in pristine condition - very clean and great accommodations. Will 100% be sure to return - highly recommend!

Absolutely Wonderful! 5 Stars all around!

This property was so cute. The location was absolutely perfect being in a very nice neighborhood where we felt 100% safe walking our dogs or going into the town..which is just a couple blocks down the street. Tons of fun places to go and see. The unit was clean and comfortable and as expected. Communication with the owner was prompt and we had zero issues while we were there. Definitely hoping to rebook there again soon!

Perfect family getaway

My wife and I came to St. Charles to see family for Christmas and were looking for a place we could have the three of them over. This apartment was absolutely perfect. It was open and welcoming and perfect for a week of relaxing, eating, and playing games. Also for watching movies on the big screen TV. Jeff was super responsive whenever we reached out with questions or any needs. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Accurately described and perfect location

This property was exactly as described and very clean - was a block or two from downtown St. Charles and minutes drive to Geneva (my favorite). It was 4.9 miles from Lamplight equestrian center where I was competing. Check in was a little sticky - I didn't get instructions ahead of time and the code did not work - I called Jeff, he answered and immediately resolved the issue. Would stay there again!

This property has so much character! It was built in 1930 in a great downtown St. Charles location. The stained glass windows in the living room and dining room and the beams in the ceiling mixed with the arched front door and entry way just make this an amazing architectural gem that I couldn't pass up! It is built in the English Tudor Style which was re-popularized in the 1930s in the US and we have brought parts of that English heritage into this unit using artwork.
