"Beautiful adobe house, bright newly renovated. ENTIRE HOUSE IS YOURS! Three bedrooms. Master bedroom with own bath/shower. Coffee area in kitchen. Clean Reverse Osmosis water. Internet wifi, washing machine, and dryer in the garage. Walking distance to Safeway, Trader Joes, and more shopping. Close to I-10 and 202 freeway. Close to hiking in South Mountain. 15 minutes from Skyharbor International airport.

Great place to stay

We really loved the house. It’s very spacious and close to all the stores and amazing restaurants. Our host was quick to respond and was very helpful before and during our stay. The location is only 20 mins from the airport and only minutes from the breathtaking views of the hills which have awesome hiking trails. We highly recommend this rental.

Good Location and Price

The property was located in a good location, very close to stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. Also the drive to neighboring cities including Chandler, Scottsdale, and Peoria was not bad. Compared to other properties in the area, this one was one of the best in terms of location and price. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Arizona.

Comfortable home

We enjoyed a wonderful time in this Ahwatukee home. The house is spacious and provided everything we needed. The kitchen was very well outfitted which was a great help with cooking meals. We loved the location and walked to Trader Joe’s and Safeway easily. We would return.

Great property

This property met or exceeded our needs for vacation - quiet neighborhood, easy access to 202, close to grocery/restaurants. The house was very clean, well stocked with staples and kitchen items. Listing pictures accurately show house. We would definitely rent again and recommend!

Comfortable Home

I was fortunate to find this property for a long-term stay due to flood repairs in my nearby home. The owner was very easy to work with and the home was extremely comfortable on all levels. I would recommend this property to family or friends who want to stay in the Ahwatukee area.

Check in process was easy. Home was in a good location for access to golf courses. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Neighbor has a few dogs that bark occasionally. Nice backyard with morning sun and garage available to park inside.

Great place

The place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked even with soap foil and plastic wrap. There were spices for cooking as well. The home is walking distance to Safeway and Trader Joe's. The host is very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice home clean and comfortable. Back yard was a plus, great space to hang out. Kitchen well stocked. Great location easy access to 202 or I10. Use of garage a plus for luggage and parking. Quiet neighborhood.

Great House and Location

This house was an excellent find - very close to my daughter and her family, in a nice quiet neighborhood, and close to shops and the 202. The kitchen was well-furnished with dishware, pots/pans, and other cooking needs (important since our stay was about 2.5 weeks). The owner was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again, but hopefully our next long trip to Phoenix will be to buy our own place!

Great location with a few quirks

Great but aged home. Everything as advertised except: limited hot water (about 1 tub until cool), obnoxious dogs, very squeaky master bed and had to buy and replace batteries in remote. I messaged manager/owner during week stay but no response.

Great Arizona vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Thant's property in Phoenix. The location is on a very quiet cul-de-sac. If you are into hiking, South mountain is about 15 minutes away and offers many different trails. Dobbins Point is a great place to overlook the city and watch the sunset. Walking distance to grocery stores, sports bars, and Starbucks. Would recommend visiting downtown Chandler for an evening of entertainment. There are bands at many of the bars, especially on weekend nights. Master bedroom and bathroom are huge. Nice walk-in shower, comfortable beds, and two large closets in each bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with most everything we needed. The outdoor area is somewhat small, but we really enjoyed the putting green in the back yard. There is a 71" TV in the living room which was awesome for sporting events and enjoyed by our small group of friends on super bowl Sunday. (The only issue with the TV is now that I am back home my TV looks too small and I am already shopping for a larger one). After we left, an Amazon package showed up at the house and Thant contacted us and then took the time to mail the package to our home. We would rent this property again if we came back to the Phoenix area.

Everything was as advertised. Only things I would improve are to have more than 2 tall water glasses and it would be nice to have some plastic wrap or foil for leftovers.

Good location

Close to 202 and shopping center with Safeway and restaurants. Kitchen has minimal pots/pans and dishes. (Example, no large pot or colander, only 2 tall mismatched glasses and several mismatched juice-size glasses.) We did not cook any meals at the house as we were there to visit family. Comfortable master BR. Met our needs.

Family reunion extra beds

Great location for us. We used it just for sleeping so I can't comment about the kitchen but it worked out great for us! Beds were comfortable and and we had plenty of room
