The location was wonderful for beach and for shopping. It was a bit far for walking with my elderly mother for shopping so we used uber.

Great little apartment in a beautiful location. Clean, spacious rooms with a stocked kitchen. Very Short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and bedding, nice tv and free parking.

Little gem

Great location, perfect for our requirements, we stayed 2 nights over the New Year with my daughter and husband, everything we needed, great walking distance to beach and St Armands. Booking and check in /check out process was simple. We would recommend !

Nice location but......

location great quick walk to beach. Check in/check out were worrisome and lacked safty. Hanlde on stove broken w/sharp pieces left one scratched, broken shower handle and bigs roach!

Great Location

Turn left and go to the beach. Turn right and you can walk to St. Armonds Circle. Not fancy but was clean and comfortable. We would use this location again. Only drawback was traffic getting off the Key. Located in an upscale area. Good for walks or runs.

It was a great stay. We had gone to Sarasota to celebrate my grandmother's 100th birthday We're we were at was perfect 20 min from me grandmother and a 4 min walk to the beach. ( my happy place). Gino the owner.of the property was great And we had fantastic neighbors My only complaint and not really that,the living room a bit small we will be back

No Stay

I was able to book this place and pay. When arrived after a 10hr drive, we were told we were not able to have the place available to us. I believe it was overbooked. The lady who helped us was super nice and refunded the entire amount and even looked for a nearby hotel that had vacancy. We were able to find a hotel room nearby that she had called and verified had rooms. She did do her best efforts to correct the mistake but it did make a huge inconvenience as we had planned for a much larger space than that of a 2 bed room at a hotel. Very disappointed.

inaccurate description of location

The listing is not listed as an apartment. which is a Very Old apartment, not a condo. More like a Motel 6. When looking at the pictures of the apartment there is none of the outside. Now we know why!! The AC does not work well, it never cooled down past 75 degrees late at night. The water inside the apartment stinks, smell like a sewer .. You definitely cannot drink it or cook with it.. The walk to the beach is not 2 minutes like it say in the description says. It’s more a 2 minutes drive. The “communal pool” is not a pool that belongs to the apartments. ITS THE CITY POOL. which you have to pay to get in and closes at 5 pm.Also you can not bring anything into the pool. After being on the beach all day we all wanted to sit in the pool and relax. Well That didn’t happen!!

Would definately do it again.

Great location & very comfortable condo rooms. 1 blk from lap pool & beach with public restrooms. 10 min walk to st Armand’s circle, food & shopping. Weather was rainy on & off but we hardly noticed. Quiet great neighbors. & proprietor was easy easy easy to contact. The only downside is that we could only stay 3 days.

Nice little apartment complex a few blocks from shopping and beaches. Plenty of space for a small family. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Have everything you needed….

There was a previous review that stated “ it has everything you needed and nothing you didn’t”. This sums up staying here pretty well. Great location to the beach and circle, easy to communicate with the hosts and property was clean and comfortable.
