Great location!

We loved the location. It was the perfect spot to walk to lido beach and a quick drive to St Armand's. We did have to buy extra toilet paper, but there were the basic essentials. (Shampoo, Conditioner, hand soap, towels.) I did love that there were beach towels and chairs for us to use!

Lido key beach

Great location walking distance to restaurants, shopping and most importantly the beach.Will recommend it to anyone who is looking to have a great time at the beach and relax with out having to drive anywhere.

Great location. Plenty of room. Big kitchen with all appliances needed. Only issue was I could not get live tv. Big tv but seemed to not have access to any tv service

Lido Beach Rental

Great location. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Didn’t realize washer dryer was outside the building and shared… use available after 4 due to cleaning. Much appreciated it’s free use though!. Great location near the public beach and free trolley stop.

Perfect stay!

The communication with the owners was 10/10!! They were responsive and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, the beds were comfortable, the space was clean, and you have all the amenities you could ask for (beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler). Walking distance to the beach and downtown area. We will be back. Thanks Gino and Janine!

Close to the water

Our stay was great, a wonderful location close to the ocean and St Armand’s circle. The hosts were great with communicating, very kind and accommodating as well.

The place was very comfortable, financially and otherwise, traveling with a toddler. We were extremely blessed at the beach supplies and the pack and play already here! supplies

Fall weekend Get Away

Reserved the apartment for a quick get away for a nieces wedding. The apartment is beautiful and has so many great extras like chairs and towels for the amazing beach just down the block. The owners were super friendly and available to answer any question quickly. I would recommend this and them to anyone planning a trip to Sarasota

Family Vacation

While the unit was convenient to our venue we noticed by comparison to other properties nearby that ours was somewhat neglected when it came to maintenance and cleanliness. There was an unknown powder on the sofa as we first walked in, some loose floor tiles throughout and a few paint stains that were quite obvious. Having only one key was inconvenient for a family of five leaving us having to rotate comings and goings so that we always had a key. My daughter lost a bracelet in the sofa and when it was reported I didn’t get much in the way of concern or interest in looking into the loss which was a bit disappointing. I would recommend this location based solely on its location and proximity to the center of town.

Great apartment with one exception

The property is as advertised except we specifically rented one on the first floor and at the last minute were given one on the second floor. As we are both seniors and there is no elevator this was a problem. Otherwise the apartment and location were great.

Location was amazing for everything on the Island. Place was very clean and had just about every thing you would need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean. Location was perfect the walk to the beach and town square was minimal and safe. We can’t wait to return.

Great location

Can't beat the location a block away from Lido beach and minutes to South Lido Beach (has shady tree beach area if you can't handle full sun!) and the local pool. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't cook much but the kitchen seemed well stocked with essentials. Easy parking, nice outdoor space with BBQs, AC worked great, comfy bed with foam topper, plenty of towels and beach gear, quiet building with friendly guests. Quick 10 minute walk to St Armands Circle with loads of food, shopping, drinks. Traffic can be crazy in the afternoon getting off island. Hosts were quick to reply to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Super convenient to beaches and St Armand’s Corcle.

We enjoyed are stay. Loves the morning walks on the beach with a cup of coffee. Short walk to St Armand’s, no need to fight the traffic.

Awesome location with in walking distance of all the fun!

Great location! Had beach stuff to use (wagon, chairs, sun umbrellas and kids sand toys!) Beach was a super easy walk even with the kiddos!

Quick visit

We stayed from Thursday to Sunday. Was a very quick trip. The closeness to the beach was great. Walking distance to Saint Armand’s Circle. And the new trolley made getting around easier. The property had most of what you would need. Extra blankets would have been nice. The apartment rented didn’t look like the one posted. Overall was ok.

We had a hard time getting comfortable sitting on lv rm furniture. Coach was stiff and recliner was narrow and took a lot of effort to recline. You could also use a larger tv.

Location location location.....

Rental was located in the best neighborhood. End of street was the beach and a very short walk to St. Armand's circle. I walk a lot and felt very safe walking in the neighborhood at all times of the day and early night. The surrounding tenants all were very friendly. We wish there had been dressers and TVs in the bedrooms but beds were very comfortable. Owner was very nice and onsite several times during our stay in case we had any issues. We would stay here again if visiting this area and a great location!!!!!
