About this space
A beautiful second floor Penthouse that offers an excellent view of the historic court house and square. Our location gives you walking distance to all places on the square including the 2nd oldest brewery in the country, boutiques, hair and nail salons, home decor , antique shops, clothing and apparel, specialty treats, restaurants and bars.

We have free parking and also a private elevator for any handicap needs..

The space
A spacious bedroom with balcony and walk in closet. Master bathroom with full walk in shower and seat bench.

Guest access
The Penthouse offers your own personal elevator to allow you access to the second floor if needed.

Other things to note
Monroe is home to Cheese Days, concerts on the square, cars on the square and also brewery tours.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful penthouse in downtown Monroe! The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining. The space itself was incredibly clean, updated, and thoughtfully designed—every detail contributed to a comfortable and relaxing experience. The arcade game was a fun bonus and a great touch! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The penthouse is more incredible than the pictures show. We loved all of the special touches - murals, cows, old school video game machine, hanging chairs. We had plenty of shampoo, soap, tp, towels, coffee. I loved hearing the clock tower from the courthouse. I've never been on The Square after businesses are closed; we really enjoyed the quiet ambience. There is not a door to the bedroom, so privacy may be a factor if you are sharing the rental with friends/family. Similarly, the beautiful high ceilings do project sound from the front room to the bedroom. The air conditioning and ceiling fans worked great. We have and will continue recommending friends and family stay here. After dark, check out the blue bench down in front of the building. It is a tribute to my friend's father, and the light shines through, illuminating the tools onto the ground. Thank for such a wonderful stay!

An absolutely delightful stay. The Penthouse was so comfortable and those chairs!!! One of our group said...'Better than a hot tub!'We so appreciated all the little touches. Location was great, lots of fun stops in Monroe. If you play pickleball, the new courts are amazing! Thank you. We'll be back.
