Welcome to North Wildwood!! Beautiful two-bedroom, one bath ground floor pool side condo located at 7th & Ocean Ave. Take a dip in the relaxing pool after a day at the beach then enjoy the sunsets from the wraparound sundeck, fireworks on Friday nights, watching the waves and catching an ocean breeze. 2 Grills Pool side, 3rd floor deck is a common area that has an awesome view of the Ocean two tables and 4 lounge chairs. Extremely family friendly. Walking distance to restaurants and boardwalk. New mattresses and sofa for 2023. Please note renters need to bring towels and sheets. Mattress pads and pillows provided. Linen service is available upon request. Separate charge direct to supplier. Brand new mattresses and sleeper sofa in 2023.

Awesome place with a great location

Had a great time staying here. Place was very well kept, clean and a great spot down the street from the beach. Will not be disappointed.

Great Week in North WW

We had a great time at the condo. The location was perfect so close to the beach and easy walk to boardwalk. Loved the pool and the deck on the 3rd floor was lovely. Look forward to staying again in the future.

Great spot

Great location close to everything! Nice for small family we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or deck because we were there for National dance competition but we could tell it was very nice. Quiet and family oriented. Hoping to go back when we can enjoy the pool!

Peaceful little condo and neighborhood

The condo was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. This property offers everything needed to enjoy and quick getaway... Shopping within walking distance and the beach is only a block away... Very nice place and very nice people living in the adjacent units..

Wonderful vacation!

Wonderful vacation with my mom. We love North Wildwood and Morgan’s place was perfect. Great location, beautiful pool and views from the 3rd floor deck and great ‘neighbors’. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Morgan’s place had everything we needed and having 2 bedrooms was a plus. Hopefully we can return next year.

Absolutely perfect

From the minue we got there til we (sadly) left it was perfect!!!!! Great location, 1 block to beach, pool area was great,. Cant say enough about the neighbors and guests they were awesome. A few people were from the neighborhood i grew up in philly!! If anyone is selling a unit let me know!!! Definitely interested. And thanks to Donna and Bill they let my daughter park in their spot for a couple days...thanks everyone for helping to make our vacation wonderful

As expected

We have been going to this condo complex with our entire family for many years, usually having 3 or 4 of the condos rented at the same time. We love the location (close to beach and Russo’s market-the best), walkable / very bikeable to the boardwalk. Pool is always nice, we enjoy sitting around the pool with family. The only down to this particular condo is that it is Sunday to Sunday and all the others our family had were Saturday to Saturday, which we prefer.

Boots at the Beach weekend

Owner very easy to work with. Small apartment but worked for us. Need to bring bedding and towels and paper supplies (toilet paper, paper towels? Only thing I would say is need new mattress and couch. Other then that pool was perfect and property was clean. Nice quiet neighborhood for a girls weekend. Thank you for letting us stay.

Well located condo

The condo was clean, in a nice complex with a pool and other facilities like barbecues. There was some lacks, like no toilet paper, no towels, no dish soap. As an user and owner of two houses, I think that when you rent your condo or house, you should include those basic things. I also like to have beach accessories too, but there were none. For the rest, the condo is well equiped. The location is very interesting because it is close from the beach, that is more quiet in this area.

Great place, price and location.

We had a great time, I’ll start by saying that Morgan is very prompt if you have any questions about anything. We literally were super close to everything and anything, the place was clean and to top it off there was a pool. We cooked on the grill one day, the grill was new, nice, clean and full of propane. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Morgan👍🏽

As advertised

The rental was absolutely just what we needed: a place close to the beach to set up for the weekend. Super close to the beach and a good jumping off point to other activities all weekend. The roof deck that you're able to use on the 3rd level was great for breakfast and a late night beverage as it affords perfect ocean views. Would stay here again.

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice small condo complex in walking distance to the beach and a great pool. The condo was very clean! Pictures properly show the condo. We hope to visit again next summer.
