Disfrutar de este estilo Resort frente al mar y el paseo marítimo frente de la propiedad con la mejor piscina y el patio grande de toda Wildwood! Mi condominio cuenta con una de 2 dormitorios, un baño. Muy amplio puesta en marcha. Cocina ofrece todas las comodidades de un hogar. Traer a su familia y empezar a hacer recuerdos de su propia y la de regreso en los años venideros. Este complejo está situado en el extremo sur del paseo marítimo. También dar un paseo en el coche de tranvía justo fuera de la propiedad. Este complejo es de gama alta por una razón. Gran piscina y piscina para niños separada. Tenemos la mayor patio grande con cabañas y un montón de asientos y mesas si desea reunirse en torno a la noche o durante el día. También puede recoger en la playa que está iluminado por las luces de paseo marítimo en la noche. Ofrecemos una piscina, jacuzzi, gimnasio, área para exteriores limpias y baños para su comodidad. También ofrece 24/7 guardias de seguridad y cámaras de todo el complejo para su seguridad. Trae tu bicicleta y encerrarlos en una zona segura y cerrada supervisado.

The property was everything we expected. Clean, great location and excellent security. Tina was responsive and was a great communicator. First floor location really added convenience to our vacation. Highly recommend.

So nice, it was like being home. There is nothing more you could possibly want at this property. Well maintained, nicely decorated, well stocked full kitchen. It was awesome to walk right out to the sundeck/pool area. There are plenty of chairs and tables outside and clean huge grills. It is right on the beach/boardwalk and the tram stops right there. Great night life/restaurants just a few blocks away. Having a designated parking space for the week was great too. The owner is very responsive and keeps you informed how to check in/out etc. We would definitely return here and look forward to it. Thank you Tina for such a pleasant stay! Even though Hurricane Erin wizzed by, we were nice and comfy.

This is our second year staying in Tina’s rental and we love it. Very clean well kept condo on the pool deck, our kids love it! Tina was very attentive and quick to respond whenever we had any questions. We can’t wait for next year!

Host was accommodating and quick with answering responses. The location of the condo is in a very nice quieter area directly on the boardwalk. Pool and hot tub was nice at the location.Security left me and my family standing outside for 20 minutes as they reviewed CTV footage with an owner. Calling the security number they just bounced us right back to standing there. We eventually got in and checked in with them, then the very next day they came to the unit at 9am to wake us up to check in again. They didn't really seem to know what they were doing.Owners and security tend to make renters feel very unwelcome especially at the pool area. The building itself and the unit looks dated and could do with some renovations or updated photos on the listing. It wasn't terrible accommodations but we did feel the pricing was high for the amount of wear and tear in the unit.

Short-term getaway

We spend 3nights in this condo , the place is very central next to the board walk ,restaurant,shops . Even though the building is at the shore there’s around 7 minutes walk to the water , the pool and the hot tub of the building is clean. The host was very responsive.

Relaxation with mutluple options

Very comfortable room feels like a home away from home. Being able to walk out of the room and go directly to the beach, pool or boardwalk was amazing! The hosts wert very responsive and accomodating. I would definitely return again for a future trip.

We have been coming to wildwood for years and finally found a great condo in a prime location. The condo was clean and spacious just enough for our family of 4. Check in was a breeze, quick and efficient. We look forward to staying again.

June Vacation

The property was great! Loved the location and conveniences offered. Nice big kitchen and living area. Everything was clean and as described. Property manager was responsive and the process was easy. No complaints other than the strict pool security staff that could have been a little less serious. Would have loved to have a second bathroom and bigger bedrooms with TVs in each (we all have a bad habit of falling asleep to a TV) - but we knew what we were getting when we booked it and all of the pros definitely outweigh the very few cons. This is our second year at Wildwood and we will either be back again later this summer or for sure next summer as we love it!

Quick getaway

Location is great everything is within walking distance will stay there again the only thing that is a little annoying is you have to try to find the security guard to get you set up other than that it is geaat

It was just OK.

We went to Wildwood for a business planning retreat. We picked the worst weekend to go. A tropical storm showed up right when we did. We ended up having to stay in the unit all weekend long and didn't get to enjoy anything about the town. The wind howled all day and night and the building was like a wind tunnel. This unit was very convenient to the sun deck and pool but the sun deck wall made it very difficult to see the beach. The internet worked great the whole time so that was a plus. The building was very secure which was nice but it made checking in complicated. Locks were all old school keys. No electronic locks. The unit was very cute in the pictures but upon arrival and actually seeing it, there were a bunch of half assed improvements that made it look cheap. Sad because if done properly it could have been very nice. The beds were hard as a brick. We got a cup out of the cabinet and it still had an unwashed yard sale sticker on it. Yuck! That made us feel leery of the cleanliness of everything after that. There was no way to lock the slider to the sundeck from the outside. I don't normally write reviews but I wish I had know some of these things before I booked so hopefully you find this helpful.

Needs updating

Unsure as to which of the three keys given worked what. Hadn't seen anything about checkout process so left note on VRBO app. Contact person graciously offered to let us use sheets because we we coming from so far away via plane. However, sheets were ripped and really thin. Pillows we basically none existant. Really thin and we needed about 3 more. We did wash but washers and dryers were busy at Towers on checkout day so we had to go to laundromat to fulfill our end of the deal. Light in fan in master not working. A/c worked well but would not stay at 72 as we would have liked it. We would leave for an hour and come have to 76/78! Needs light over table unable to play cards- people with back to wall couldnt see. All sliding doors do not glide. Hard to opend and close: Shower, closets, patio. Shower area NEEDS UPDATING. Tables in LR need painting TV reception HORRIBLE Unable to connect fire stick so we could watch Netflix etc. HD sucked. Patio needs new cushions thin and uncomfortable. No tissues were available to us, holder was empty. Thank you for leaving the sand chairs with the sand already on them. We left them in the same condition. Building issue: when we went to the beach through the side door, we we not able to getbeack thru the same door. No key worked had to walk around. Pool area beautiful. We have misplaced one pool tag, sorry. Kitchen: nice

Disappointed

Alot of repairs need to be done. Patio door does not lock from outside, no cold water in the bathroom sink. Nest thermostat keeps turning off and i would go for a 15 mile bike ride and upon arriving home the unit would be 75°.Screen door was totally out of whack!

Fantastic Property!

We loved our stay at this property, it was spotless and the location was perfect for close access to the convention center where we spent a large majority of our time. The condo walks out to the pool deck with gorgeous ocean front views and the boardwalk is right downstairs! Tina was super helpful and I highly recommend staying here!

I was waiting for the right condo to purchase in this complex for a long time and finally found it. I love it!! Its beautiful, beachy and cozy. Just Perfect!
