Beautiful artistic 5 bedroom/3 bath lake house. Perfect for families that appreciate high craftsmanship and close proximity to the water. Lake views from every room. 20 steps to dock! Secluded cove off main channel right inside no wake zone. Year round deep water-80+ feet at the dock. House is large yet cozy on 2 floors. French doors and decks off every room. Kitchen has been stocked by chef/owner with every gadget and appliance. Upgraded bedding and mattresses. Kids of all ages will enjoy pinball machine, foosball table, board and outdoor games, canoes, paddle boards, paddle boat, floats, etc....

Great vacation spot

We loved this house and the host. The house was the perfect size for our group of 12 and allowed space for everyone to be together and their own spot, if needed. The kitchen and living area was our main hangout area - tons of gadgets in the kitchen to use and the couch/tv area was perfect. We brought our sport boat, which we had plenty of room for on the side of the big dock area. The host was easy to connect with and fixed our one minor issue in a matter of hours. All around great time and house.

This house is perfect!!!

First off, I want to start by saying the Jennifer (owner) is amazing to work with. We had a water leak happen during our stay. She immediately reached out to two different plumbers and worked with them until one showed up. Keep in mind we were staying over the week of Thanksgiving. Now the house….. absolutely gorgeous!! I rent a house for my extended family on this same week every year. Each year we stay at a different home on Smith Lake. This one sets itself apart by many things. First the windows. The natural light that comes in just gives you a peaceful feeling. Next the furnishings. They don’t have this home furnished with the minimal things to appease renters. It’s well appointed with COMFY beds, nice towels, high end cookware, etc. The porches. Wowzers they are amazing. I can only imagine how enjoyable they would be during the summer months. Finally, my favorite thing, the pinball machine. From the teenagers to the adults, we all spent our fair share of time playing on it. It was one of the deciding factors for me when I chose the house to be often. So glad I did!!

What a place to stay for a wedding

We needed a place to house the bridal party for my daughters wedding who decided to have her wedding at Hidden cove farms. I wish we had more time to spend and use the ammenities of the lake house. As it turned out it ended up being more of a place to eat and crash. House is lovely and plenty of beds.

AMAZING FAMILY WEEKEND!!!!

We rented this property for our extended family to all be together for a long weekend. There were 12 of us today ranging from age 7 through 76. We had the BEST time together!!! The property was perfect for our adult couples to have very comfortable places to sleep and rest. The kids/teens LOVED the large and small bunk room. And, the basement lounge area had fun games, tv, and ready for fun. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of utensils and small kitchen appliances. We ATE all weekend and there was plenty of room to prep, eat, etc all together. The large bar area, dining table porch table were all ample. We ended up using a boat rental company suggested to us. They delivered and picked the boat up at the rental dock. The dock was stocked with fun play items as well. And did I mention the porches and view?? The view was amazing. It was easy to get in and out of the home and down to the dock. The large upper and lower porch was set up for relaxing. I will book here again. It is reasonably priced and ready to host a fun time!!

Great place!

Such a great vacation, the house was beautiful, comfy and perfect for our group! The lake was great and we took advantage of the kayaks, lily pad, paddle boards and dock area. Everyone had a great time, our host was great and we had everything we needed!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Your home is wonderful! You have equipped it so that it is so welcoming. Every age has something to enjoy! We had our boat and jet ski. The kids and grandkids absolutely LOVED the paddle boards, lily pad, canoe, and foosball. The pier had plenty of shade, if wanted and the rug helped keep your feet from burning. The house is spacious enough for everyone to sleep comfortably and to hang out together. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, so well equipped! We will say the neighbor is not friendly at all and does not want anyone or anything touching their property! They must be very mad, bitter people. They do have cameras all around their property. Even though the neighbor did not exhibit Christian values, our week was amazing! They did not damper our good time! We would recommend staying here and would consider returning.

Beautiful house and enjoyable stay

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was beautiful and in excellent condition. It was very spacious, with plenty of beds and lots of room for everyone to spread out inside or outside, with big tables to eat or play games, and comfortable common areas. The water was warm, with great depth at the dock, and we really appreciated having a canoe, two kayaks, and paddle boards available for use. The house kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, and high quality (for example higher quality, sharper knives than I have at home!). There was wifi available, but not fast, so you wouldn't want to count on it for working. The host was extremely responsive to every question we asked and had great advice for us on making the most of our vacation. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect family vacation
