Cozy home near white sandy beach & Florida sunsets!

Great vacation stay, fenced in big back yard, Florida room for quiet evenings. Everything you need for months away from home in a quiet neighborhood.
Recently renovated, painted and remodeled (2020)
Stay in our 2 bedroom home with a nice open living & dining room area.
The two bedrooms both have new premium quality Queen beds, and share a center bathroom area with a walk-in shower. The fully renovated kitchen includes all kitchenware, appliances, microwave, full-size refrigerator as well as coffee maker also ironing board w/ iron.

The ranch is complete with high-speed WiFi Internet service, flat screen TV, washer & dryer (separate entrance), with driveway parking. Stay for a week or a month!

Cleaning procedures are implemented for every arrival including disinfection of all commonly handled surfaces & washing of all linens/ towels.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING. You will be charged $500.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor.

Reorganization of any kind or moving of furniture, moving any of our decor items, moving wall hangings, or redecorating of any type within our vacation home is not permitted. This is our personal home that we have opened for our guests that we have decorated with our possessions.
Most guests are more than happy to leave the rental property in the same condition they found it but the few who don’t, are the main reason why we must say this.

A good stay

Our stay was good. Easy access to the beach. The interior of the property was OK but was showing wear. Bathroom was really small as this was mentioned in other reviews . When we arrived the shower liner was ripped and falling off so we replaced it. The rooms were as shown in the listing.

Vacation stay

The house wasnt very clean, sheets and blankets dirty. Appliances in the kitchen dirty. Grass wasnt mowed front or back . I did speak with the owner for her to handle the situation. She was suppose to refund some money.

Unsafe sliding door, no lock

Everything was as expected, although didn’t feel safe with my valuables and sleeping at night with a broomstick in the rear sliding door do to a broken handle lock ,especially being gone most of the day to the beach, but otherwise a nice stay.

Great location, perfect size vacation home

Check in/out process easy. Manager very quick on communication. Property was as listed. Air conditioning was a champ - no issues during mid-90 temps. Property needs some repairs, updating. Bathroom very small, no counter space - very difficult to get ready.

I could write a long reason to all the positive things about staying here but I’ll just say, if you want to come visit Redington Beach and surrounding areas, this home will suit your needs. Nothing over the top here but that doesn’t mean you won’t love it. Was able to do laundry every day (great perk!) Thank you Dede!!

Florida Getaway

We had the best time in Florida! This cute little house was perfect for our family of 3. We relaxed in the screened-in porch in the mornings with our coffee before heading out for the day. The house is just a few blocks from the beach, so we walked to the beach daily. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Dede was quick to respond when I had questions. We did a couple loads of laundry while we were there, which was also very convenient. I would definitely recommend this house and we would stay again if we're ever in the area!

Convenient Location

Its a short 4-5 block walk to the beach and there are nearby restaurants within a couple miles.

Florida Get Away

We are a retired couple and the house was perfect for us. We stayed for a month. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and we walked a lot and were only a few blocks to the beach for sun or walking. Restaurants are in walking distance as well. We look forward to our next visit.

Winter Stay

Our family of 4 had a great time in Redington Beach. The house was a 5 minute walk to a beach access point(with a beach toy bin for all to use) and also 5 mins to a great playground for the kids (Town Park). We really enjoyed that the beach was quieter than beaches we visited to the north and to the south, but still had plenty around for us to walk to like putt-putt, ice cream, and a grocery store. The host was very responsive and the property worked well for our winter escape from the cold!

Summer getaway

We stayed at this lovely home last summer and again this year. We just love it so much. Its clean and comfy. Love that it has a washer and dryer and is across from the beach. The property manager is always so responsive and kind. I highly recommend staying at this lovely home. Fun in the sun!

relax in Madeira Beach

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. This house is even nicer than the pictures. You are close enough to the beach to walk there in 5 minutes. Most stores and restaurants are a short ride away. I did a lot of walking on the beach and back streets and enjoyed looking at all the different style houses.

Happiness

We loved staying in this lovely home minutes from the beach. Clean, cozy and cool! Loved being able to cook a good meal and do laundry onsite. Would stay at this location again for sure! Management was kind and quick to respond. Great location, access to all the local restaurants within minutes distance. Not far from the grocery store either. Thank you to the owners for providing such a relaxing, stress-free stay.

Close to beach.

Short walk to beach. After staying at other VRBO and other rentals I was surprised that the home was not supplied with a blow dryer or Beach chairs. Wasn't sure what to do with dirty linens or towels at the end of our stay either. There was no check in or check out instructions.

Family stay April 2022

This place was really nice. The house was well equipped, from furnitures to towels and stuff for the beach. The nice, not overcrowded beach was reachable within 5min walking. We highly recommend this place and for sure it will stay in our memories for a long time.

Quiet beach house

This house was clean and had the perfect location for a quiet, relaxing week beach vacation. Neighborhood was quiet and quaint. A short walk to the beach access and the beach was never crowded. Communication with the owner was easy and quick response.

Great place to stay close to the beach!

Perfect place to stay within walking distance of the beach. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, paper supplies, and kitchen items to cook simple meals (pots & pans, coffee pot, toaster, etc). The beds were comfortable, the shower worked great (plenty of hot water). The owner was great to communicate with and responded to any questions. She recommended a coffee shop 2 miles away that was AMAZING (Sweet Brewnette). The beach was beautiful and not crowded, at times almost empty. We had a great experience renting bikes from Mad Beach Rentals. A previous review mentioned issues with bugs. We had absolutely no problems with any kind of bugs during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental.
