Welcome to our beach house retreat 🏝️ Located close to the top rated beaches. Our beach bungalow offers the perfect accommodations for your family vacation - 2 bedroom / 1 bath ( + outdoor shower ). Enjoy all Florida has to offer in this comfortable house with forced A/C and tiled floor throughout . The master bedroom provides a KING bed . The second bedroom has a BUNK bed with QUEEN size mattresses on both upper and lower bunks. The living room comes with a large sectional couch facing a SMART TV to entertain. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need. (air fryer, mixer,coffee maker ext) . New washer and dryer located in the garage for your convenience. Large garage and outdoor private driveway. Enjoy entertaining in the fully screened in outdoor lanai , weber BBQ grill and LARGE backyard . Beach toys and chairs also available for your use. All year round heated pool at the recreation building just down the street . (Southwest pool, fee entrance ). Close to Publix and local restaurants just a short ride down the street! Bring your sunglasses and clothes, we got you covered for the rest.

Great for families

I have 2 girls so of course they loved the little toys and the frozen one the best! Nice they have things available for kids and even sand toys! The location was nice and close to the water but far enough you don’t have to hear the night life.

Very close to beach. From doorstep to white sands was about a 10 minute drive. Great location but not real happy with all the bugs. Albeit the host did communicate well, the bug people didnt arrive until 4 days after first communication.

Great Home

This was a great place for our month stay, and owners so pleasant to provide some supplies needed for that long. Great being close to beaches when our son and grandaughter visited.

Very Clean and comfortable

This home has a very comfortable floor plan and it was just nice an easy to stay here. Close to beaches, stores etc.. Owner was responsive when I asked to stay another night. All is good here. You should stay!

Had a great time

Cute property with a mostly fenced in back yard. Had exactly what we needed traveling with a 2 and 3 year old. My 3 year old is going through a “Frozen” obsessed phase and he was absolutely thrilled to find the little people Elsa’s singing castle with the characters. He is not quick to adapt to new places but I could tell this made him feel so welcome.

We enjoyed our stay at the Largo home. It was clean and comfortable. We were grateful for the baby items available. There was a pack-n-play as well as a high chair.

Everything you need

This is an immaculate property with everything you need to enjoy your stay. There's beach towels, coolers, umbrella, sand toys, wave board and all you need for the beach provided. The kitchen has everything to cook like how at home from an air fryer, dishwasher, toaster, blender, knives, paper towels, dishwasher soap, coffee pot and filters etc. We loved sightseeing. We went to Indian rocks beach, Heritage Village, Botanical garden, central park, sunset boat cruise, and more. There's a washer and dryer in the garage and we loved being able to take clean and dry swimsuits home!

Very nice property and location.

Our stay here was nice. The location is great and there are a lot of places to shop and eat close by, Indian Rocks Beach is very close as well as Clearwater Beach. Shopping and dining are within minutes to this location, which really helped having a 12 year old staying with me, as she likes to eat! There are a few things I would recommend to the owners. Maybe updating your power outlets with USB integrated ports for folks with phones and other devices that need to be charged. Some blinds fell off and need to be replaced. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and basics for cooking and the washer and dryer were heaven-sent to keep the clothes clean and fresh. I also appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and sun screen that were provided. All-in-all, it was a great stay!

Quick family trip to the gulf coast beaches

We came to the area for a single day event on Sat in Tampa and wanted to show our teenagers the gulf coast beaches. Only in the area for 3 days but made the most of our time. Took several trips to Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwaterbeach and the indoor surf wave was fun! Several walks around the area. Loved the outdoor fitness option down the street. Loved the bike! Saw a Roseate Spoonbill feeding in a canal. The house was amazing, every need met. Great Weber grill, samsung washer and dryer. Beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, beach bag! My boys loved the spacious queen bunk. The entire family was very happy with this house and location. Hosts were quick to respond. Check in was very easy, keypad entry is such a nice feature. Great getaway

The home was immaculate and the owners have supplied everything you need- and more. The extra beach towels, a welcome basket we didn’t know we would need (toothpaste and toothbrush forgotten!), extra pillows, beach coolers, beach toys - to name a few! This sure helps when traveling and you don’t want to buy/pack everything! They are responsive and cordial. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Rental Property!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The home was so clean inside it sparkled. Beds were comfortable and home was located just a short drive from the beach. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Extra shower in the garage was great for rinsing off after time on the beach. This home is perfect for a family of 4.

Convenient

It was peaceful, a humble paradise. Only minutes away from our favorite beaches in Florida. Our family loved it. It was like waking up to an ocean breeze, without bringing in lots of sand. Clean, spacious and prepared for fun days at the beach.

Nice location

House was close to stores, restaurants and beach. House was clean and nicely maintained. There were no dish towels or cookie sheets available, otherwise kitchen was supplied with all other necessities. I would recommend for those interested in visiting Largo.

Perfect Family stay

Wonderful little neighborhood close to everything. House was a perfect place to have a home base for exploring the beaches and heading to a ball game. The extras provided by the hosts were much appreciated (chairs and umbrella, beach items). The kit hen extras, containers and air fryer were also appreciated for our family that prefers to cook at home even while travelling. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!
