Wonderful stay, best location, awesome view and much more!

This particular townhome was just what we needed. It was walking distance to restaurants, to the beach and to hiking trails. We had close pool access if we wanted. The beaches close by are deemed some of the best in Maui and they did not Disappoint. The inside of the townhome/condo was immaculate and upscale. All this at a great price when in comparison to other stays around the island. We could not have picked a better spot and were highly appreciative. Customer service was quick to respond and attentive. We would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location & condo

We chose this condo not only for how pretty it looked from the online pictures but also because of the accessibility to the Kapalua Coastal Trail, Kapalua Bay and Napoli Bay. The online pictures don’t do the view of the ocean justice. The location was quiet and the views stunning. Check-in and communication prior to were on point. Thank you for letting us enjoy the condo and location. I don’t think it could have been any better.

They villas

The location was wonderful. The cleanliness of the country condo is great. We did have some issues with roaches and lots of ants. The basic amenities left a lot to be desired, such as coffee filters or storage plastic bags or saran wrap or tinfoil. other than that we had a great time.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not rent from this company. These people are liars! Before we booked this place we asked if the air conditioner was locked down as we like the place at 67° they told us on the phone no the place is not locked down and you can turn the air air conditioner down. Once we arrived on property the temperature in there was 76°. The upstairs was 79. We called the office and they told us oh no the temperatures are set so you can’t turn them down. Will send over some fans. I said I don’t want fans I want what I’m paying for which is air conditioner. They sent a nice kid over named Manny who was very nice and attempted to get into the system to turn it down, but there was a four digit code locking the system. The Office claims they don’t know the code which I think is a bunch of crap first of all if you don’t know the code, you can reset it back to factory and reset a new code which they did not want to do, Manny was able to adjust the upstairs one, but it didn’t matter because it is so hot in the loft that the Air condition can’t even keep up. I asked the girl for compensation and she told me no she said we’re not gonna give you compensation and the owners also said no. A note to the property management company, and the owners of this place. If you are going to spend this kind of money, you want it the way you want it not the way you want try to give it to us. I hope you rot in hell I will never ever use your company again!!! As for the cleanliness. They get an F

Stunning panoramic glass windows that allow views all the way to Molokai . As mentioned in a phone call to you that the system was checked and cooling as intended. In Maui with a West facing views with high ceilings and large windows to take in these views will never let an A/C unit get below 70 coupled with high humidity. As we explained they don’t just cool the home they also dehumidify so constantly keep doors open will slow the cooling and dehumidifying process down. We suggest refraining from opening the back doors often to allow the system to run undisturbed. If you plan on making lots of trips to your lanai ( we don't blame you ) , please understand that the a/c may not be as cool when you get back in . Great location, Incredible views and nice villa

This Kapalua Bay Villa was a nice change of pace from the tourist hubbub of Kaanapali. We loved the updated unit and the photos are very accurate. The ocean view was expansive and we enjoyed great whales watching every day from the unit. It's also perfectly situated for Kapalua Bay walk. There were three pools available for use so they were never crowded. The area has several lovely restaurants with different cuisines and if you are inclined to cook, the kitchen is well equipped. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking early as Merriman's and other highly sought after restaurants book months out. We don't golf but there are at least 2 golf courses. We will definitely return.

AWESOME STAY!!!

Great location and view. Just a couple of items to address. There were a few ants around sink in kitchen and upstairs bathroom and the stand up fan you have does t not blow any air. Also suggest having two. Otherwise a very good stay. Walked to the beach, close to pools and golf. Great experience and place to stay.

Bay Villa Kapalua

Fabulous visit to Kapalua staying in this terrific unit with 210 degree elevated ocean views over to Molokai . Whale watching with binoculars was a favorite from two wraparound decks . The villa was fully equipped and allowed us to cook fresh fish from the FishMarket in Kanapali. Accommodations were excellent comfortable beds and excellent bathroom/showers (3) .Beach chairs towels snorkels flippers all very welcome. and used multiple times. This is a great location for golf Bay , Plantation courses for golfers who can play ! Tennis opposite the villla and easy access to the coastal walking trail. NaPali beach was a favorite just 5 minutes away for sheltered snorkel. The WIFI and TV packages were excellent and easy to use. For the hustle and bustle of Kanapali is your want it’s only 10 minute drive . This villa is a top class destination in Maui and highly recommended.

Fantastic Maui Villa!

This property was ideal for my family’s last minute trip to Maui. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, in the Kapalua resort, and the villa has sweeping ocean views right from the balcony. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk and all of the amenities of Kapalua are available. The layout of the villa was great too with 2 bedrooms and 3 full baths, perfect for our family with 3 teens. We absolutely would recommend this property and would look to stay again on future visits.
