The bathrooms are stocked with rocky mountain soaps and fluffy cotton towels.The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee,tea, sugar,oil & vinegar,salt & pepper,spices and condiments.The outdoor grill is a weber.Enjoy a cozy gas fireplace and 3 flatscreen TV'S with a generous HDTV cable package that includes free wifi & high speed wireless internet .The entire place is for your use along with a grassy backyard to relax in.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE! If anything, the only recommendations would be a free standing toilet paper holder in the lower bath (it’s a bit tight & we kept bumping our elbows!) and white v yellow lighting because it’s a bit hard to see. Maybe add a dorm fridge downstairs too so more “independent” space from upstairs for couples sharing the rental. Beyond that, the beds are VERY soft & there’s no AC, but the location, amenities (including secure parking off the street!), and overall vibe make it a first choice if we are lucky enough to return.

Jackie is an amazing host with a home straight out of a fairytale. She goes above and beyond every night to ensure the lights on the exterior are lit up every night for her guests and there’s literally everything you need inside the home. By far the best rental I’ve stayed in!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean, cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the easy access to restaurants and shops and used it as our home base for day hikes in Banff, Jasper and Yoho. The host was responsive and friendly. We’d definitely stay again!

Perfectly situated in the middle of town, this home was just that - a home. With warm local photography accenting the walls, and whimsical decorations, wonderful pillows and absolutely everything one could need - this home was the best! Spacious with a beautiful garden and fire pit to relax by, it was perfect - let alone an impeccable Mountain view with your coffee or wine! We were lucky to meet Jackie and she was very helpful regarding some sight-seeing. Highly recommend and hope to get back in winter some day. Beautiful all-around and lacking in nothing! Wonderful!

Wonderful stay in Banff!

We absolutely loved out time in Banff! Jackie's cottage is immaculate. The pictures do not do the cabin justice! There is so much room to spread out and every little detail has been addressed. There are plenty of supplies to get you started. The setting is gorgeous. The location could not be better! We could walk to everything. We highly recommend, and we will always stay here when returning to this beautiful place! Thank you Jackie, for being the BEST hostess!

we had an amazing stay at Jackie's chalet! great beds, wonderful cosy living, great kitchen and bathrooms, and the location is unbeatable. We had coffee with the view on Mount Rundle, walked 2 minutes to all the pretty streets in Banff or to the Bow River. Jackie was a wonderful host and we liked very much to have her around! Highly recommended!

Bucket List Trip

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Amazing location and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Jackie was over-the-top friendly and accommodating and puts a lot of pride into making a stay at her place a very memorable experience. Banff was a bucket list trip for us and the accommodations surpassed our expectations. Would stay there again for sure.

I cannot imagine a more perfect place to stay while visiting Banff. The home is beautiful and well appointed. The only thing we needed to purchase for our stay was the food we were going to eat while there. The home is just steps away from the grocery store and downtown. We walked every night to dinner. The beds are comfortable and the living area is spacious and inviting. The bathrooms are spacious and have nice walk in showers. The backyard has 2 sitting areas for easy conversation or enjoying a beverage after enjoying the sights in Banff. There is also a fire pit for cool nights. Beautiful flowers and outdoor lights make the backyard a beauty spot. I certainly hope to return to Banff one day and I will definitely stay at our home any from home again!

I cannot say enough about how great this home is! It is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, clean and has THE best location! Jackie is a wonderful host and the neighbor, Brent, is always available to help! I will never stay anywhere else while visiting Banff!

Fantastic place right downtown Banff

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jackie's Cottage! The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown—no car needed to access restaurants, supermarket or shops. The rooms were spacious, and the high-quality bedding made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to enjoy meals in. Jackie was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to meet. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Banff!

Beyond GREAT!!!

One of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Beautiful setting inside and out. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy amenities and relaxing bedrooms. Jackie is the best host! We had an awesome time.

Banff Beauty

The home was the quintessential mountain retreat, fully equipped with necessary items and charmingly decorated in rustic chic. Jackie was the perfect hostess, who helped us navigate our daily excursions and evening dining experiences. The home is in the center of Banff, which allowed us to walk to practically everywhere we went. We highly recommend the home and hope that our travels will allow us to return. Amazing

The house was fantastic. Jackie could not have been more helpful or kind. The location is truly walking distance from the main streets of banff and the bow river trail. Plus very easy to get on the highway for adventures. We had a family of 5 and can easily accommodate more. I have stayed in many rentals and this is near the top.

Perfect Banff experience

We had a wonderful time at Jackie’s place in Banff. Steps from restaurants and shops, yet perfectly quiet and space for outdoor evening fire! Jackie’s house was clean, kitchen well stocked, and beds and bathrooms very comfortable. Jackie was an incredibly responsive host leading up to our stay, and really helpful with local recommendations during our stay. Highly recommend and would return!
