Nice Location

This is a very nice property. They provide an adequate number of bath towels. You will need to bring your own paper towels and dishwasher detergent. They have plenty of hand soap. The pools and hot tubs are nice. We stayed the last week of July, and all the pools and hot tubs closed at 8pm.The beach area is nice. We will definitely stay here again!

July 4th 2024 - 7 Days - (June 29-July 6)

Pros: Spacious Suite -Great location nestled -Quite, friendly, gated community -Relaxing with great views -Parking deck -Quick easy beach access with lifeguards -Great host Julie and management Big Fish - very responsive, timely, communicative, and strived to accommodate us -Hot water -Walk in showers and dual sink vanities in 2 largest bathrooms Cons: In need of attention to detail, improvements, and tlc -Like dim lights in bathrooms, "cheat sheet" need update with current WIFI, old dirty pillow blankets in closets, etc. - Overall spaces, bathrooms, and beds were clean and satisfactory -Kitchen (pots, pans, toaster, oven) need to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced - we planned to cook, but nothing looked sanitary, so we ate out all week -A/C not blowing out vents on "guest" side of suite (think connecting hotel rooms with 2 separate a/c units) - THIS HAS BEEN FIXED WITH BRAND NEW UNIT & THERMOSTAT -Techs did come out, and Julie gave us new box fans on first night. Family mentioning discount on stay, but I trusted Julie to make it right, and she did. Unfortunately, issue not fixed until the end of our stay -We "froze out" one side of suite to keep problem side cool, kept curtains closed, and kept connecting door open for circulation -Washer initially didn't wring out clothes, soaking wet, but maybe our load, or wrong setting - We did figure out additional spin, and no issues after Overall, great host, good space, more tlc, replacing cooking pans. I would happily stay again.

Mislead on accommodations and poor communication

The property was managed by Big Fish Rentals who listed the property 3 Bedrooms ( 1 queen bed 1st bedroom 1 queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds) and a pull out couch. The property can accommodate up to 10 people. Upon arrival we found the 3rd bedroom had 2 double beds and no fold out coach. These arrnagments were very uncomfortable for our group of 7. I pointed this out to Big Fish who asked me to send pictures. Which i took the time to provide. I had to follow up multiple times and was never given an explanation. This property was very uncomfortable for our group and made our vacation stressful. They refused to acknowledge the false advertisement and later changed the listing to accurately reflect the beds.

Loved the location and Julie at Big Fish Rentals was very responsive and helpful. 3 ⭐️ because - It was advertised to sleep 10 but only fit 8 due to there not being a pull out couch. We ended up needing air mattresses. - The A/C in the one bedroom didn’t work. - Maintenance was contacted daily to fix toilets. - Cabinets were missing nobs. - The supply of cups was lacking.

Birthday get away

This place was amazing! Every room in this condo was clean and spacious! The views from the balcony was awesome also! I was impressed when I first arrived on Kingston Resort period every was beautiful my grandchildren also enjoyed the free water park area that’s included! I will definitely be booking this same condo again!!!

Friend/Family vacation

The location was spectacular with beautiful views of the ocean. Access to the beach and pools and water park was a must for the kids. Cleanliness was lacking a bit and lighting in the condo was an issue but very minor compared to the awesome price and views!!

Do NOT rent this condo

Whwre to begin.......Beyond terrible experience. * walked in & the condo had not been cleaned. We cleaned ourselves. They later sent someone to do a walk through *no lights worked- when they were turned on they would flicker. Seeming as if there was a shortage somewhere in the unit so we used flash lights. * we were never once told that the washing machine did not work. So we did a load one day and walked in to 2" of water flooding all of our things and the whole condo. Then we were accused of turning the water on to the washing machine. We never turned any water on. However, we did not know that the water was not allowed to be on as we were unaware that the washing machine did not work. *we received nasty texts and accusations when we asked what accommodations could be made for the flood, no towels and a machine that did not work. *The dishwasher did not work. We tried multiple times. *the door stuck and would have to be slammed shut. It was also open when we checked in. *we had to have 8 fans and huge dehumidifiers going constantly for two days--THEY WERE SOO LOUD! *dishes were dirty when we got there. We ate off of plastic plates and silverware

The palm palms that encircle the pool area create a tropical atmosphere that is the main reason I adore Myrtle Beach. On our first visit, we were enamored with the condo's oceanfront view and it soon became our family's favorite. Our little toddler loved playing in the pools and on the beach. We are eager.
