COMMON AREA – Equipped with 2 comfy sofas, ceiling fan and a plasma TV with ROKU and Netflix! Also brand new AC!



KITCHEN - The spacious kitchen is equipped with:

The guests will have access to every part of the house. A third bedroom will remain locked during your stay, given that we use it to store some of our belongings.

The house is in Carolina City, one of Puerto Rico’s most important tourist centers and immediately east of the capital San Juan.



OLD SAN JUAN (22 min Uber) – Enjoy the oldest part of town, surrounded by its historic fortress and buildings reminiscent of Spanish colonial architecture. This area is the most commonly visited by international travelers. You can also find bars and high-end stores.



CONDADO (16 min Uber) – Here you will find fancy restaurants, stores, bars, and beaches.



ISLA VERDE (11 min Uber)- Here you will find lots of local restaurants, beaches, an nightlife.



EL YUNQUE RAINFOREST (27 min drive) – One of the most beautiful natural attractions in Puerto Rico. El Yunque is the only tropical rain forest in the United States National Forest System and the United States Forest Service. The forest has several trails from which the jungle-like territory`s flora and fauna can be appreciated. It is the Caribbean equivalent to Mount Olympus. A must see!



PLAZA CAROLINA MALL (1 min drive, 15 min walk) - The second-largest shopping center in Puerto Rico! With over 200 stores, this mall includes JCPenney, Sears, Forever 21, Express, TJ Maxx & Walgreens.
