Perfectamente ubicado en Loíza, justo al lado de la playa, este baño de 2 habitaciones y 2 tiene WiFi RÁPIDO y NUEVOS aires acondicionados. Este lugar es perfecto para una familia o un grupo de amigos que buscan tener acceso privado a la playa y a la piscina con una forma rápida de ver la selva tropical. Nuevos electrodomésticos y pasos de Keurig a la playa privada, 2 ubicaciones de piscinas diferentes, tenis, baloncesto + 2 áreas de juego diferentes. 2 estacionamientos privados Distancia de conducción Cerca: St. Golf Regis + Rio Mar, playa Luquillo, bosque tropical El Yunque

2 habitaciones con una cama queen en cada una. El sofá en la sala de estar se pliega en una cama queen también. El soporte de televisión en la habitación delantera tiene 2 cajones para la ropa. También tenemos una rejilla para secar trajes de baño y toallas mojados. Hemos pensado en la mayoría de las cosas que harán que su estadía sea agradable.

Great communication with host! Condo was fully stocked including beach/pool supplies, which were great to have! The condo was clean and everything worked as expected. Also, this condo is a great location for visiting both San Juan and El Yunque National Forest, about a 30 minute drive to both locations.
Image of the beach just steps from the condo! Very convenient and we had it all to ourselves almost every day!

Great stay

Great little condo with a great beach. Reasonably close to all excursions we did(bioluminescent bay, rain forest, culebra beach snorkeling tour and walking tour of old San Juan. Owners communication was outstanding, very responsive and accommodating.

Great time, would go back

The condo was great and has everything you need to enjoy your vacations. The property is guarded 24/7, the resort is safe, quiet and clean. We loved our vacations and would definitely go back.

Awesome vacation experience!!

This was a wonderful vacation experience! The room is very clean and cute, and the host was very accommodating and kind . The beach was absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect getaway and I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it as an awesome get away .

The property was comfortable and easily accessed. Security kept things locked down inside the facility and parking was close by the building. I recomend this as a location to stay

Had a great family stay

We had a lovely stay here at the end of March. The place was clean and property owners were very responsive and helpful. The only small downside was that the building wasn’t close to many restaurants, but the location was a nice in between point of San Juan and Luquillo/Fajardo where there are tons of options and things to do. The building and immediate area were very quiet and safe. Would definitely stay again.

Multi Generational Stay

Great stay, but if you are traveling with elderly people, not the place for you. Apartment is a third floor walk up, no AC in the living room and rough steps to the beach. For younger family members, a fine place to stay.

Beach, Pool, Relax.

The apartment is nice and clean. Pro's: Security, guards etc. Beach access, Parking, WiFi, Good amount of space. Well stocked, beach toys, towels etc Con's: No ac in the main room, One pool closed (not informed of this)

Clean and good value

Nice clean place. We enjoyed the pools and being next to the waterfront which has a small beach but a bit rough for the kids. Bball hoop was no good but there’s a beautiful covered court in the park right next door. Security is present and patrols. We liked the area, not very touristy

Enjoyable stay

Property was clean. The beds and pillows were great! A great night sleep after a day of hiking. The beach was short, assuming due to hurricane damage, but chairs were available on the sand. We didn’t use the pool but it did look inviting. We enjoyed our stay for sure. The check in process was a little confusing but were able to figure it out with some help. We will surely be visiting Puerto Rico again!

This was our second trip to Puerto Rico and we had a fabulous time. The condo fit our needs perfectly and was just as described and pictured. The beds were comfortable, the condo clean and tidy upon arrival. The check-in process easy and uneventful! Although we had no need to contact Brenda during our stay, she was prompt and informative when I messaged her prior to arrival and upon departure. We spent most of our days at the beach and several of the surrounding beaches in the area. I would definitely recommend this condo and Brenda.

So worth it

First time in PR and this place made my stay so enjoyable. The host was extremely responsive and helpful if I had a question. Its located in a cute and quiet neighborhood that is close enough to the action without feeling overwhelmed. And the private beach was a slice of heaven. I’m struggling with telling ppl about this place because I want to keep it my little secret but I won’t be selfish. Would absolutely stay again!
