Studio 305 Little Paris 1 block to Ft. L beach

Studio 305 in Little Paris Hotel is perfect for a couple on a get-away.
It’s located on the ground floor next to your private parking spot.
The studio has a nice queen sized bed with a good mattress, high top table and chairs for dining, little kitchenette with counter top cooktop, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster.
Bathroom with big shower. The bathroom is the original old style and is in good condition - considering the age.

You get your private studio with private bathroom. Private entrance and private balcony.
Shared outside patio and courtyard.

Shared patio and courtyard. Coin operated washer and dryer.

I live in the area and will be reachable by phone or Airbnb app. Mainly during daytime 8am-6pm, but in urgent case I try to be available 24/7.

Perfect neighborhood. Prime location at Fort Lauderdale beach. 1 block from beach, bars and restaurants.

Parking all around the beach is paid parking so enjoy the free parking at Little Paris Hotel.
Uber and Lyft are always only a few minutes away.
Approximately 15-20$ to the airport. Less to Port Everglades.
Water Taxi stop just 100 feet away.

This is not a party house.
No smoking inside.
Smoke outside at designated areas.
No outside noise from 10pm to 8am.
Parking on the premises.

The studio has a window mounted AC and you can switch it on and off as you like. Its just above the headboard so it will provide some noise. If you set it on low fan it is not as noisy.

And a little side note. The tap water here in Florida/Broward has a little brown color. If you fill up a bathtub etc. you will see a slight color change. I just mention it as a few guests has commented it during their stay

Convenient Location that feels like home

This may not be the most glamorous property on the beach, but it definitely has the beach cottage feel and to me was a very comfortable place to call home. Liza was amazing. Always available if I needed anything. There were all of the basic amenities that you could need and it's a very safe neighborhood. I even fell asleep with my ground level door open one night. The location couldn't be better. There is a Starbucks on the corner and on the opposite corner, short walk to my favorite restaurant the Casablanca Cafe. It was so nice to take a chair to the beach every morning to relax and recharge.

Great Location and OK Unit

This was a great location, but there were a couple of things that were not addressed when we stayed there. The bathroom sink drained so slowly we could hardly use it. I notified the property manager, but it was not addressed during our 5 day stay. Also, we were told there were 2 separate places to sleep (we were 2 friends traveling together) - queen size bed and futon. There were no sheets for the vinyl futon so we could not sleep there and had to share a double bed, which we did. Sheets for the futon were delivered 3 days into our vacation.

Great for Westin overflow!

Last minute registration for a multi day conference at the Westin, which was sold out, and needed a place close by! This efficiency at the Little Paris hotel was a perfect location and also helped me experience vintage Fort Lauderdale! The host, Liza, was great! Good communication! Simple instructions! Little Paris is a 1940s hotel with several rooms turned into vacation rentals! Private outdoor entrance! Simple but cute and clean! One block from the beach. Great restaurants and CVS within walking distance!

Stayed here for a girls trip with two other girls. It was perfect! The location and value can’t be beat. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Away

This was a great place for the price close to the beach. We had everything we needed, and check-in and parking were incredibly easy. I look forward to our next trip!

Great place. Close to everything

Cute little place close to everything. 10 min walk to rock bar if that and 1 min walk to beach. Liza provided shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, dish soap, beach towels. Liza even let us check in prior to checkin time which was super nice. The only thing I would recommend is a broom for the place so guests can sweep.

2-night stay

Pretty good for a 2 night Stay near the beach. It was super easy to get to the beach in AM and enjoy the ocean sound. It said 2 to 4 person. It fits 2 people just quit comfortable.

Nice studio

I reached out to the owner 5 times before the trip and never got a response. Fortunately when we arrived a couple of hours before check-in we ran into the girls previously in the unit and they provided the owners phone number. Once I was able to reach her she let us check-in within the following hour so that was great. There is a very small fridge and freezer. There was a broken ice cube tray in the freezer so that was rather annoying since even if we bought ice it wouldn't have fit in the small freezer space. They had two towels and a beach chair and bag chair so something was better than nothing. AC unit kept space cool. Water taxi is fun and suggested.

Walk right to the beach and then get ceviche

We went to the beach, the ceviche bar around the corner, and went to Hunter’s Dive Bar many times and met a lot of nice people! The property was a comforting, quiet return home after exploring the city.
