Fort Lauderdale Stay

The location was fantastic, however, a few things could have been better: - Found dead roach upon arrival - light switches did not work - fan did not work - apartment had a distinct smell to it Everything else was wonderful. If the host is able to address these issues I would gladly stay again. Best, Jason

Great location

This worked out perfectly for our short stay in Fort Lauderdale. We were close everything and enjoyed the strip. We didn’t rent a car but it was great to see that they had parking on site that was included. All in all it was a lovely time and would recommend.

Great location!

Roomy, comfortable penthouse on 3rd floor. The bed mattress was a bit soft for our taste but overall a lovely stay. Host provided chairs, beach towels, and umbrella in our room closet. We loved being in walking distance of the beach and many good restaurants.

Great location and very nice vrbo

My daughter and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony each morning with a cup of coffee. The vrbo was very clean. Easy walk to beach and lots of restaurants.

The property was close to the beach but run down. There was no daily cleaning service. If they spruced this place up it would be a gem!

Pleased with property. Quaint upstairs apt. Location is ideal. 2 blocks from beach and so many restaurants and bars. A few things could use some attention… the ceiling fan in the bedroom doesn’t work, there are no shelves or a light in the refrigerator and a limited number of towels for a 3 night stay. Only minor conveniences… we would definitely stay again!

Perfect location and lots of fun!

Our host was perfect, accommodating and friendly. The property was perfectly placed, one block from the beach and at the heart of all the fun things Fort Lauderdale beach has to offer. My daughter and I went to celebrate her sweet 16 and had the perfect weekend.

Great property

This property is exactly as advertised… big living space, huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Big beautiful kitchen area and very nice dining area. Be forewarned that it is on the third floor—not for people who have a problem with stairs. There’s a private balcony that looks over to the intercoastal—great sunsets. The a/c in the bedroom doesn’t cycle on and off all night, it’s just a continuous drone that doesn’t interfere with sleep. The TV has a lot of streaming services to watch. The property contact, Liza, is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. Free parking right in front of the property. The location is great—a block away from the beautiful beach, and a Starbucks, and a couple blocks from Tinta, the fantastic breakfast restaurant at the Westin. We would definitely come back here.

Perfect place, king bedroom

One of the nicest places I’ve seen in a while- large living area, full kitchen with tons of countertop space.. bedroom w 6 windows and high ceilings, king sized bed. If it was an option- I’d rent it to live full time.

Incredible value

Absolutely love this house. The other reviews were spot-on regarding cleanliness - the house was remodeled, well maintained, and spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook your own food. The BBQ grill in the back worked great -- we grilled ribeye steaks 2 nights. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. If you're looking for a relaxing stay that is close to beaches, look no further. And the price can't be beat! If we're ever in the area again, we would stay here again.

Must be active and able to walk a lot! But fun for the fit people.

On the outside it may look like the penthouse apartment may be old. The inside is fabulous. The king bed is so comfy. If you go with four adults a blow up bed is available otherwise a big couch. Its nice if thats the deal with the four going. I was the payer of the place so the others were fine with blow up mattress. Plenty of room for us all to get ready. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Ice maker is broken. That sucked because we needed drinks with ICE. We walked to cvs and got bike Ricksha back. Otherwise great place and patio.

Great place, a lot of character

My only comment (not negative) would be to include in the listing that this is on 3rd floor accessed only by stairs. I’m in my 70’s and the stairs were challenging. If I’d known there was no elevator, I’d have looked elsewhere! But it is a really cute place!

Amazing location

I was hesitant to stay in a place with no reviews but gave it a shot because it was showing as a new listing. Really happy with my choice! The place was bigger than I expected, the balcony was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and walkable to a lot of restaurants / bars. There were beach chairs, towels and an umbrella which were an added bonus. Liza was extremely helpful during the booking process. I would 100% stay here again and most likely will!
