Este estudio único es una de las tres unidades ubicadas justo en el agua en Bodega Bay. Es el lugar perfecto para un fin de semana romántico para dos. ¡Disfrutarás de vistas panorámicas y panorámicas mientras la casa está rodeada por el agua por tres lados!

Disfrutará de este espacio recientemente remodelado con una cocina moderna, baño completo y terraza privada. Puede relajarse junto a la chimenea o aprovechar la televisión inteligente y el acceso gratuito a Internet de alta velocidad (más de 200) y WIFI. La sala de estar también cuenta con una nevera para vinos y muebles de barril de vino únicos.


'At the Bay's Edge' es el lugar perfecto para descansar y rejuvenecer, o para usarlo como base para explorar la costa de Sonoma. Tendrá acceso a tours de vino, avistamiento de ballenas, golf de clase mundial, kayak, pesca, almejas, senderismo, ciclismo, pesca en alta mar, tours de aceite de oliva y queso, y kite surf. Bodega Bay se encuentra a solo una hora y 15 minutos de San Francisco, y a menos de una hora de Napa y Sonoma. El río ruso está a solo 15 minutos, por lo que realmente hay algo para todos.

La propiedad está ubicada justo en el agua en el fondo de un camino largo y estrecho. El estacionamiento es limitado y puede ser difícil dar la vuelta en la parte inferior. La mejor manera de ingresar al camino de entrada es dirigirse hacia el sur por la autopista 1, por lo que si se dirige hacia el norte por la autopista 1, vaya a Diekman's Deli y gire en su estacionamiento para dirigirse hacia el sur por la autopista 1, el camino de entrada está a unos 50 pies al sur y a la derecha. Eveything was thought of. Notes with explanations were extremely helpful. Perfect size studio. The views being over the water were priceless. The privacy was terrific as well. Snuggly bed & couch. Kitchen had everything we needed. I definitely will come back. It was beyond what we expected. The only concern was the driveway that our car got caught and dragged but construction crewdaid they are fixing it. So, ALL GOOD!!!

Relaxing week in a marvelous setting. We were treated to a show-stopping sunset one evening and each day enjoyed watching seals, otters and pelicans go about their business.The unit is comfortable and quite adequate for two. As others have mentioned the driveway is steep but turning left onto the highway wasn't too difficult for us.Also walking just a couple hundred feet to the neighborhood market was a nice asset. We will return.

Love the wrap around windows. Stunning views all day from this second floor studio. Surprisingly roomy. Thoughtfully appointed - the hosts provided everything.Very comfy king bed and large shower. Perfect place to chill for a weekend.

Property was clean and had beautiful views. Spatious studio with plenty of kitchen tools and a grill by the door. Several restaurants in the area with a variety of food choices. Windows looking out to the bay on two sides wo you could relax and watch. The patio for two was a nice way to relax and listen to the sea. The only downside was being right off of hwy 1, so it was sometimes difficult fighting traffic in and out of the driveway.Owners gave clear instructions for getting to the property as well as getting inside and accessing the garage. There was a folder with extra info about the area and things to do.

Just as advertised, a really cozy studio unit overlooking the bay - great views of the bay and associated wildlife, well-appointed studio for a short stay. While there is a lot of restaurants, etc. within walking distance, the road the property is on is not super walkable, even for short distances, so be prepared to drive pretty much everywhere. Hosts were very responsive and it there is a lot of fun stuff to do in the area!

Cozy studio with amazing peaceful moments on the water. It’s a bit tricky to find, but follow the instructions the owners provide for driving into and out of the property to the letter and you’ll be fine. It’s worth it to enjoy this water front spot with tons of fun birds.

Beautiful, peaceful getaway! The studio was cozy with a super comfortable king bed and absolutely stunning views over Bodega Bay. We loved waking up to the water right outside the window. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay. The hosts were exceptionally responsive which is always appreciated!

This is a fantastic room for a quick getaway on the coast. The room is clean and comfortable and the fire burning stove really heats up that room!I will definitely come back to stay here. Shout-out to the great pizza and beer selection at Diekmann's Bay Store, only a short walk away!

Had to walk up stairs, which we didnt realize when we booked it. The bay was nothing but peed moss and no beach access bc of it. Deck was smaller than we thought and super windy.

The quarters are pleasant with a great view from many large windows. Good light blocking curtains for us late sleepers. All utilities were good except DVD player didn’t work. I especially appreciated the mini blender for my a.m. smoothie. Getting luggage up the slatted wood stairs was a hassle, as was the long boardwalk with fierce wind nearly blowing me over enroute to front door. But I’m 86 yrs. old - not a problem for you young ‘uns. My toy poodle found it a bit daunting as well. Owner, Krista, was very helpful where needed. But no one is present on the property. You’re on your own when email or phone with owner isn’t available. Finding the driveway down from Hwy #1 to rental is tricky. Best way to find it: 1175 is a large address on a garage door opposite Kent St. To get to driveway down to rental, take the driveway that goes left, directly in front of that address 1175. It is a steep driveway that runs parallel to #1. Plenty of parking space. Otherwise, I had trouble finding good food. All that fresh seafood prepared by less than gourmet cooks! Finally shopped at a deli. Got great food there.

Sweet gem, very relaxing

This studio is as pretty inside as pictured online.The owner thought of many little details, like the color scheme, labels on cabinets, plenty of linens, and coffee/tea options.She communicates everything well.The place could you a little freshening up on the outside, but she said she's working on that and i think she really cares.Make sure you enter from the north and leave the driveway toward the north too, the driveway is a bit tricky unless you do that.The fishetarian restaurant was amazing and very close.

Paradise on the Water

The studio was spotless and the bed very comfy. Check in process was easy and communication smooth. Initially the instructions to find this little gem were confusing, but one you arrive they become clear. Bring wood to enjoy the darling fireplace.

The property features three private rental units; both have private entrances and decks for your enjoyment. I've lived in Sonoma County for over 30 years and enjoy the fishing and relaxation that this property offers.

The Sonoma Coast is one of the most beautiful and dramatic places in all of Northern California. It's somewhere that I wanted to spend time, so a vacation rental made a lot of sense. I truly enjoy sharing my home with people from all over the world, who appreciate life on the water as much as I do.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Staying on the water is a vacation in and of itself. The immersion of life according to nature....watching the tides come in and out, enjoying a sunset from your private deck, watching the pelicans fish for their dinner and the river otters playing....there's just nothing like it. Many people don't realize the diversity of wildlife up here. Bodega Bay is also an active fishing village. You can go out deep sea fishing on a fishing charter, or I can tell you where to buy the freshest fish, or enjoy the best local clam chowder. There's something for everyone here in Bodega Bay!
