This 4-bedroom, 3 bath home was updated with family gatherings in mind. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in as you are still apart of the action in the family room with the open concept space.
Gather in front of the fireplace, enjoy the view from a wall of windows and relax and rekindle friendships and family ties.
The kitchen table seats 7-8 and there are bar stools in the kitchen for everyone to have a place to sit. There is a two-car garage so you can pull in from the weather and have ample storage for your gear.

The living area has comfortable seating, a 60'' TV and a gas fireplace.
The master bedroom has a 48" TV
TVs are streaming only, no cable, no satellite.

Right outside your front door is the El Dorado National Forest where you can mountain bike, hike, snowshoe, cross-country ski and in the spring stroll through the beautiful wild flowers. Just a few steps from your front door is the trailhead fir the High Meadow to Cold Creek trail a 7 mile loop which is a moderate secluded trail.
The house is located only a few miles from the lake and only 3 miles to Heavenly ski resort and 5 miles from Lake Tahoe Golf Course and Tahoe Paradise Golf Course. The house is isolated among the pines and fir trees of El Dorado County but still very close to town for easy access to the great restaurants of South Lake Tahoe and the Casinos at Stateline

When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared.
Our snow removal crews work every day, but we have no control over the county road snow plows that clear the roads.
4WD and or chains are always recommended. If you come in a small, low profile vehicle you may have difficulties.
This driveway is fairly steep.
Tahoe has experiences frequent power outages during snow, rain, wind events. We provide lanterns, but sometimes they disappear (or batteries vanish)
