Uniquely custom, contemporary home on prestigious Skyline Drive with conservancy lots across the street and a peaceful wooded setting. Custom features include skylights, spacious cook's kitchen with a five-burner gas cook top, wonderful dining area inside the architectural turret feature, cozy living room with a massive granite fireplace connecting to a family room, which works perfectly as a game room and connects to a sun room.
The master suite features a large master bathroom with a glass block stall shower, jetted tub, gas fireplace and walk-in closet. Each of the bedrooms downstairs comes equipped with a full bathroom. Other thoughtful design features include decorative hand-crafted iron railings, wet bar and wine refrigerator, plus log and stone accents throughout.

Due to the major amounts of snow and thousands of homes requiring plow, our snow plow service is unable to provide customized services to homes. They only come out AFTER snow storms of 4 inches or more. If the driveway has cars on it, the snowplow company will skip the house and circle back around their route.

We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels.
