No boat, jet ski or trailer parking at the house. No parking between the two houses. All boats, jetski, trailer parking must be done at a marina. It’s against neighborhood rules to park cars on street or in the grass. Room for 4 cars only in the driveway. No exceptions. No additional parking.

No parties or events at this house without prior written approval and additional security deposit.

This house is in a neighborhood and is regulated by neighborhood rules. This house has a camera security system on the exterior of the property only.

Great property, but……

We had a family of 15 stay at the house Thursday to Sunday. Age range was 11 to 76. The house had everything we needed, and all of us had a great time. However, there were several maintenance issues that inconvenienced us during our stay. The doors were very difficult to lock. We had no hot water in the downstairs area from Saturday night to Sunday morning. One of the handles on the door to the patio pulled off. One of the bathroom showers water control handles wouldn’t stay attached. A towel ring in one of the bathrooms came off the wall upon trying to hang a towel on it. In spite of these maintenance issues, we still had a good time.

Beautiful house with gorgeous views, but dirty pool

Pool was dirty and smelly when we got there on Saturday and took until Wednesday to get cleaned. Guess nobody double checks before new guests arrive? House worked perfect for our family

Superb Spot

This property is just as beautiful as the photo's posted. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of deer wandering about. The home is spacious, clean, well-stocked and stunning views from almost every room in the house. The pool house was perfect for our young adult son. Again, THE VIEWS!! from the deck and the pool...incredible! Highly recommend!!

Great place large family

Beautiful home, great views, pool was lovely. However, be prepared to provide you own paper towels, garbage bags, kitchen dish towels, soaps, and kleenex. There were also no blow dryers in any of the bathrooms!

Great Family Gathering

It is unique to find a lakeside property with this many bedrooms. The cabana worked out great for a family unit or young adult getaway. We loved the games in the cabana too. Loved the joint kitchen, plenty of sleeping room and beautiful pool!

Beautiful and relaxing getaway

We had a fabulous time in our few short days on this property. Overall, the place is spacious, clean, and well stocked. The views were amazing, including the deer we would see on a regular basis. Access to the lake was a workout going down windy stairs which made it challenging for the seniors in our group or to take the kayaks down the steps. Recommend using the marina as an access point, if it makes sense for your group.

Great stay with beautiful views

The house, views, and pool were wonderful. It was perfect for our large family celebration! My only issues were the trash cans (4 of them) were overflowing when we arrived and animals were getting into them. While communicating with the manager was excellent, it took 3 days before it was picked up. Also- a lot of crickets in the lower level rooms. But overall, I would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful home and very comfortable

Our family is a group of 13, including 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 7 grandchildren (ages 13-20). We were very comfortable in this home, it is very clean, well laid out, and lots of activities. The pool and patio overlooking the water is so restful and well spread out. There is a walkway down to the river, but it is very steep and not a path you would come and go on a lot. The home is 20 minutes from Briarcliff Marina, where we rented a pontoon boat one day, and a speed boat to go tubing on another day. One day we just enjoyed the pool and view. The cabana house is a great side house with a pool table, large refrigerator, giant TV, bathroom, bar area, and queen sized murphy bed. It was a great space for the teenagers, and right off the pool. The neighborhood is a great area to walk, explore, or drive down to the river on Derby Drive. The neighborhood has a tennis court that our kids had fun at, and a pool (that we didn't need to use), all in easy 5 minute walking distance. The sunsets were just gorgeous. We liked that it was half way between Marble Falls and Lakeway, so we had plenty of options for activities and restaurants. Highly recommend this beautiful home, especially for larger families or groups!

Excellent stay in Texas hill country

Beautiful property on a hill overlooking Colorado river. Large with enough space for everyone, Beutiful artchitect, Clean inside and out. Very responsive host! Easy communication A little away form restaurants and grocery stores but great place to relax and recharge with friends and family

Great Property, but poor management!

The property was great and the view was awesome!! Kitchen and overall house was super. Few negatives- It was hard to reach the manager. The sound system was not working. The pool was not heating at all. If this property is managed a bit better then the experience of staying will be top notch!
