Ubicado en Briarcliff, en el lago Travis, esta propiedad cuenta con dos casas que incluyen un muelle con acceso al lago. Las dos casas pueden acomodar fácilmente a 15-17 personas en camas, sillones y una cama escondida. También hay una gran sala de bar ("cueva del hombre") equipada con una mesa de futbolín, mesa de billar, TV y mucho espacio de refrigeración. Hay una piscina, jacuzzi y sauna a disposición de los huéspedes también. Además, se proporciona una parrilla de gas y una gran parrilla de leña para los huéspedes fuera de la zona de la piscina. En el segundo piso del muelle hay dos columpios de cuerda que se introducen en el lago. Estos se deben usar bajo su propio riesgo, así como el trampolín adjunto a la piscina.
Requerimos que los huéspedes firmen una liberación de responsabilidad antes de registrarse. No firmar este contrato resultará en la cancelación de su reserva.

Perfect for group trips

The layout of the home with 3 buildings is ideal for large groups. The man cave is a perfect gathering spot with two other areas with bedrooms that remain quiet. The pool and dock (with trapeze swings!) are also wonderful.

Great space

We had a great time at the property. It would be great for a large family. We didn't realize that it was set up as three different buildings, but it made for an amazing stay with a central place for people in every bedroom to gather.

Amazing stay on the lake

The pictures of the man cave don't do it justice. It's the perfect spot for a large group to spend an extended amount of time. We also loved the dock with the swing, the pool, and the extensive sleeping quarters. Communication with the host was great and we always felt at home.

Beautiful and spacious property

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was clean and extremely spacious for a large group (3 separate houses). The layout of the property gave a central social area with the man cave and pool and then private and quiet sleeping quarters. The pool was beautiful and everything was bigger than pictures could do justice. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again!

Family vacation

Great property. This is our second time to stay here (more detailed review submitted June/July 2022) and we’ve enjoyed it for our 8 adults and 6 kids group. Man cave is perfect to hang out in all day, you don’t really use the other homes much other than to sleep. Enjoyed the pool and the lake. Great times!

Such a cool property

This property is so unique and was so cool! the pictures really do not even do it justice!! The man cave is massive and looks/feels like a Texas dive bar. We loved it and had such a great time. Management was very responsive and great to work with.

Perfect spot

We were in the area for a family wedding. We needed room for our family of 15. We had room to spare. The younger grandkids loved being in the guest house bedroom that had 6 twin beds. Perfect!! The Man Cave was awesome for cooking and gathering while over looking the pool full of grandkids. The dock is an added bonus with swings on top deck for swinging into the lake. We caught fish from the dock and our pontoon boat fit perfectly on the side of the dock. The main house was full of beds that have very comfortable mattresses and very comfy furniture The Host was amazing, answering questions quickly and just checking on us to make sure we were comfortable. We greatly appreciated the beautiful property and our stay could not have been better!! You will not be disappointed in this wonderful spacious VRBO!!

For us - this property fit our needs perfectly. We have a new baby in the family and we were able to separate him in one house from the older lively grandkids who wanted to stay up! Additionally, the man cave was the perfect hangout for our group. It allowed those needing the vacation rest were able to sleep in, while the jumpstarters could go ahead and start the breakfasts and activity needs. Be sure to read all and contact the owner. As can be needed with many rentals, if you need a certain breakfast egg quality,etc - might want to bring your own pan. And be sure to remember to bring paper plates. Our group brought indiviualized insulated drink cups - indispensible! They have endless ice supply -SUPER GREAT! Love the house, love the setup. Perfect and EASY for us!

Great lake house for boating

My friends and I had a great time at this property for our staycation on the lake. The boat dock was exactly what we needed for our wake boat and jet skis. All the amenities and games kept us entertained when we weren't on the water. The place was clean and the property manager was easy going and communicative.

Absolutely Stunning

This property was hands down one of the nicest VRBO's I have ever stayed in. I booked it for my wife's birthday weekend and it was everything we needed for a large group of friends and family to enjoy. Plenty of space for cooking inside and out. Not to mention having access to a world class pool AND the lake. There was something for everyone! 10/10 all around.

Great family vacation!

We had a long weekend family gathering at this property, and loved it. We’ll be back again for sure. 2 adults in their 70’s, 6 adults in their 40’s, and 6 kids ranging from 7-15. Plenty of room for everyone, and accommodating for all ages. The man cave was plenty big to keep everyone centralized, but also give everyone room inside for multiple activities without stepping over each other. It was 104 degrees outside, and the man cave kept us cool with AC units and plenty of fans. It had a full kitchen, an ice machine, a drink fridge, and two full size fridge/freezer combos. Plus, it has a full bathroom so that you didn’t have to go to the main house or the guest house. The pool is huge with a volleyball area as well as a deep end for the kids on the diving board. The two story lake dock was great as well, with plenty to do. We brought a paddle board. We didn’t rent a boat, and I don’t think you have to have one there to have fun. I would encourage you to bring life jackets and floats to just lounge in the lake. The lake isn’t dangerous, but kids in life jackets is always a good idea. We loved jumping off the boat dock into the water. 15 feet or so from the top, and plenty deep in the water even as low as it is right now. The main house and guest house are fine. Plenty of beds. Aside from showering and sleeping, you won’t spend any time in those homes as you’ll want to be in the man cave, in the pool, or at the lake. Property manager was great and very responsive and helpful to the couple routine, minor questions we had. Looking forward to coming again!

Amazing Property

The pictures and the description don’t even do it justice. It was perfect for our group. The property is massive and more than enough room for 14 people. The man cave and pool were awesome. The dock and rope swing were awesome. Can’t recommend this place enough for any group. Good communication.

Great stay

This property was amazing and had everything we needed for adults and toddlers to hang together! The pool and lake were incredible! The man cave is the only place to cook, but worked great and was where we wanted to be. They went above and beyond and brought a blender to the house as well. Such a great place and host!

Awesome property

The dock is so much better than the pictures. It is huge and has a ton of shade. The pool is also a lot bigger than it appears in the photos. The man cave is huge and offered a great place for our group of 16 to hang out with plenty of room to spare. The only downside was we felt a little disconnected with the three separate buildings. I broke my ankle a month before the trip and was able to get around the property but there are a ton is stairs and it is pretty spread out.
