Important Info to Know Before You Go

Mammoth condos don’t have A/C (because, let’s face it, it never gets hot enough here!), so just pop open the windows for a cool breeze.
BBQs are seasonal, so they’ll be up and running in the summer.
Also, if your stay lasts more than two weeks, a $250 cleaning fee will be added on after booking.

Great Little Gem

#15 was cozy, clean and stocked with the essentials! We loved all the special touches that made it feel like home! The only issue we found was that if someone was walking around upstairs while anyone was trying to sleep in the downstairs bedrooms, it was pretty loud! Other than that, we had a nice, comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out was easy, beds were comfy, kitchen appliances worked, bathrooms were clean and TVs worked.

Sweet little Bungalow in the Pines

Perfect little two bedroom with thoughtful details. Loved all the hooks everywhere to hang belongings. I don't love the 3rd party app check in process I wish details can just be emailed but that's my only MINOR drawback. Loved the feel of the home very open floor plan for being able to comfortably hang out with family/guests. Would stay again!

Good but not great

A colleague and I booked this property based on the 5-star reviews and also the pictures looked like there have been some updates to the kitchen etc. It's a nice property but there are some things people should be aware of. First is that there is one bathroom downstairs for 2 bedrooms, so if you are not wanting to share a bathroom, the other is upstairs which is inconvenient both ways, having to go upstairs or downstairs. There were also no toiletries like shampoo or conditioner, so if you do not bring yourself you need to purchase. The stove was out of order, the previous guests had melted some plastic or something. Sarah was great in informing, and offered a different property, but we decided to keep, and used the small grill instead. TV is streaming only and limited choices for live sports, etc. There is limited subscription to Netflix, HBOmax and that is about it, we had to stream from our own accounts to watch a lot. The relaxing space is nice and the kitchen is updated nicely.

Great for immediate family

Place is smaller than pictures depicted but very efficient and comfortable for tight group. Parking was difficult but I think that was due to the overwhelming amount of snow. Family had a great time and would recommend.

Second stay!

This was our second stay here and it matched our first in terms of expectations and enjoyment. Great location and wonderful interior furnishings. Super clean. Easy to check-in and check-out. Would happily stay here again.

A great place to stay for a Mammoth ski vacation

The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that one could want. The place is located very strategically with respect to the Red Line shuttle bus. It is near the beginning of the line such that you will always have a seat and it is near a stop such that you will always be dropped within a few steps of the front door. There are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance and there is ample parking. My family already wants to return and I definitely recommend staying here.

Winter wonderland surprise

Our family had a wonderful stay at this winter wonderland oasis! The location was perfect and our boys loved that they could go play in the soft fresh snow right in the backyard. The place was perfect to rest and relax after a very snowy day of skiing.

This place was perfect

Extremely well thought out from every detail. The check in process was a breeze, and the place was so comfortable and well suited for people on a ski trip. We had more space than we actually needed while having all of the creature comforts that make a trip like this smooth. Particularly nice touch having the slippers available for guests upon entry. Showers were also exceptionally nice.

GREAT CONDO IN A GREAT LOCATION !

The condo no 15 at Villa De Los Pinos was very clean and the beds were very comfortable in both rooms. The condo is within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and to the Vons market. There is a big tv in the living room, the kitchen has everything you need, and there is a clean indoor hot tub close to the condo. We explored many lakes nearby which were beautiful and the aspen trees were turning gold. There is much awesome scenery in the area. This condo would be great any time of the year!

We loved this location in Mammoth Lakes. It was the perfect place to stay after a weeklong roadtrip and provided many of the same comforts we would enjoy in our own home while also being a good central location to check out all the local sights and activities.

Lovely!

Spent 6 days here with a close friends. Centrally located. The house itself was so cute and comfy, with so many cozy touches. We were traveling with kids ages 3-6 y/o and they had thought of everything for the kids as well. We would definitely stay again. The pool itself wasn’t the greatest but the hot tub was nice.

Family Vacation

Met up with family for the holiday weekend. The rental was the perfect space for 4 adults and one teenager. The rooms were cozy, and well thought out. Pool towels were included. There were plenty of tissues, paper towels, and toilet paper for an extended weekend. The kitchen included everything we needed to make coffee, and cook family meals with a quick run to the grocery store. It was conveniently located, and all the check in instructions were easy. Both rooms had televisions, and Netflix already hooked up as well. The only downside was the internet connection was quite poor which was only noticeable because cell reception in Mammoth was pretty spotty and it made it difficult to communicate with other members of our party staying in other rentals.

A Pleasant Getaway

This condo provided a nice atmosphere for our Mammoth trip. The house is well-stocked with everything one could ask for and it is furnished nicely. I’d stay here again when we come back to Mammoth in the future.
