Luxury Condo at Vineyard Lofts This winter enjoy the Fireplace and Hot Tub!!!

This winter enjoy cozy living at this modern loft condo. Three minutes car ride to Cherry Beach! 5 minutes to Warren Dunes beach which are just as beautiful in the winter as the summer. You may never want to leave! Also, minutes from the local breweries, antique shops, wineries and many amazing restaurants(including Cafe Gulistan which is right next door! Luisa's Swedish bakery is a block away). Enjoy a complimentary Nespresso and sit back in the private hot tub. Vineyard Lofts is a magical place come and see for your self.

Light Sleepers should note the condo is 1/2 a block away from a train/freight train
crossing. On some nights the trains do honk their horns so the condo is not suitable for light sleepers.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY FEE: $350 per stay
We pride ourselves on keeping the condo spotless. The condo is professional cleaned. All laundry is sent out for professional laundering. Hot tub is professionally serviced every week.

Perfect get-away from the city. The place was super clean and exactly as described. Monique was really easy to communicate with and has clearly thought of everything. My partner and I are already thinking of going back.

Place was clean and Monique was very helpful, the coffee maker needs a new pot we had to engineer how to get pot to get coffe because pot was to short.

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. In part, due to the fabulous document we were sent that oriented us. Also, the great labeling and wonderful touches like fun books, games, and accessories for the beach. The gardens are wonderful, the art, and the patio are all lovely details that led to relaxation. It was very hot during our stay so we enjoyed the condo for hours during day and worked on a puzzle!We can’ wait to come back.

Just returned from our third stay at this beautiful Vineyard Lofts property! It truly feels like "home away from home" during our time there. We so appreciate the host's attention to detail. Kudos to the cleaning crew.....this home is always spotless!

Great getaway! Lovely Condo!

My wife & I had a great wknd getaway for our 15th wedding anniversary. Monique was a great host. I highly suggest staying here. Clean, crisp, spacious condo w/ great accommodations from the well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, easy to use hot tub, & privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great communication

Monique provided excellent communication- called me when I had not replied to Vrbo emails (they had gone to my spam box), and she provided great tips for navigating the area. The space is beautiful. Our whole family truly enjoyed our stay, great for the tween-aged kids and older. We hope to stay there again!

Grand accommodations in a beautiful setting

This place offers a light filled contemporary beautifully appointed home. Spotlessly clean with fully outfitted kitchen and baths. Plenty of space with a wonderful deck. Lots of great places to explore in the area.

Perfect weekend getaway

Initially was not even considering a loft, but hubbie said I want something clean, modern and a HOT TUB was a must for him. I was nervous about train noise as my spouse is a light sleeper but that was NOT an issue. We were both very pleased with excellent service/responsiveness from our host. Nothing I can say negative except if you do plan to cook bring your own condiments. We made steaks one night and was glad we bought steak seasoning. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glass wear, pots, pans ect….i was very pleased with comfort of kingsize bed…overall 10/10 I will consider this place again for future getaways.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at vineyard lofts. The town of Sawyer was small but so cute. The Warren Sand Dunes were right down the road and were so fun to explore. I’d imagine coming to this area in the summer is a blast. There were also a ton of restaurants within 20 minutes (or closer) from the condo, we didn’t have a bad meal our entire stay. The train was a bit more present than I’d expected, it runs through the back side of the condos a few times a day. Its midnight run was the only time it was really noticeable but we anticipated it so it wasn’t too bothersome. Overall, this was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend!

Beautiful, clean condo

This was our second time staying here and it will not be our last! The condo is immaculate. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners have thought of everything so you will not need much because it is stocked with all the necessities. It is a great location with several beach towns just a short drive away. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby too. This place is becoming our home away from home!
