Great place to stay in Tampa. Stayed while moving daughter into UTampa and found location convenient to the school (10-15 mins) with many shopping and restaurant options within a short drive. House was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice and neighborhood felt safe. Great communication with host. Will likely stay again in the future.

This is my honest opinion and hope it don't totally discourage others because the host is an excellent communicator. Never had to wait on an 24 hrs response. Our purpose for stay was for a funeral. For the most, we was in and out of home. The location is not what I imagined where this home would be and it's not my preferred home for a vacation. The home is an older home and much smaller than I thought. The home was clean and fully supplied to your needs. I appreciate that. One helpful hint, I have elderly parents that need a walk in shower. However, it's located upstairs and they couldn't climb stairs. That was my fault for not asking. Also, because of an older home, we had a few pest problems. The host did contact me back for that, The pool furniture also need to be updated. Other than that, we made it work for the occasion.

Pool area needed to be swept, which I did . And a big glob of hair and dirt in upper shower. Manager was very responsive to take care of shower. Pool that I swept had no problems the whole week. Overall was a good experience. The zoo was wonderful and very close.

Thanks for the feedback. As we let all guests know this time of year, pollen is a huge problem. We are nearing the end of the season but in the height it's impossible to keep what looks like dirt off the deck and out of the pool even with a screen. Im sorry you were disappointed and mistook the pollen for dirt but theres just nothing we can do about it until after season which we fully pressure wash each deck.

Hi Alicia, during your stay the weather was unusually cold, which can definitely affect the pool temperature. As we mention in our listing, when the ambient temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heater can’t always maintain the usual 85–87 degrees—it’s unfortunately just how the systems work. Regarding the mirrors, we aren’t able to provide full-length ones anymore since each time we’ve added them, they’ve been broken. You’ll find mirrors available in both the bathrooms and bedrooms. As for the outlets, the home has been set up with standard outlet access throughout, and we provide power strips and charging devices to make it easier for guests who need more connections

I'm not quite sure what that means? All of the communication we had was automated messages to provide you with information regarding the house. Not sure how that was talking down to you. There was no other communication outside of that glad you had a pleasant day and if you had any concerns we would've appreciated you bringing them to us

Nicely decorated, comfortable home.

House was very nicely decorated and the pictures online were spot on. Everything we needed, was there. Spacious rooms, very nice pool and great to have the washer and dryer. Super easy to get to from the airport. For a populated residential neighborhood, it was very quiet. Would recommend.

Family Friendly Home

We booked this home last minute, as our other rental canceled. Booking on short notice was a stress free experience. The home is as pictured and we loved playing in the pool. Perfectly located between Raymond James Stadium and Busch Gardens.

Great Place to Stay

This place was great. My first experience with VRBO and it didn’t disappoint. The host had a sweet binder with a lot of great things to do. It was well stocked with things we would need. The decor was very tastefully done. Beds were comfortable as well. We really enjoyed the pool. We also enjoyed the convenience of the zoo.

The house was just as depicted in the pictures, it truly exceeded all my expectations! The pool was clean and perfect and the rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. You have all the necessary comforts of home , from the kitchen to the bathrooms and laundry area! Laney was available for any questions and made sure we had everything!! Thank you again !

Would stay here again.

Decorated well. Master on second level, however it was separated pretty well with a king bed and a queen bed. It was perfect for a small family traveling with other guests downstairs. The pool was nice, good space. Inside space was very cozy. It was perfect for our needs.

Nice House Questionable Neighborhood

The house was nice and clean. The property managers were good to work with. The pool area is small but perfect for a few people. The neighborhood is very questionable. If you decide to stay check out Bo’s ice cream shop!

Sarah! The house is in the city limits of Tampa and is a block from ZooTampa. It may not be what you are used to but is a nice family area. It is not suburbia by any means but it is also not a bad section like Ybor or East Tampa.

Very conflicted about this rental. Location was great for getting places but the neighborhood is old with a rundown look and feel. The accommodations were nice but did need some tender loving care. The pool was nice but very small, and not as clean as it could be. The yard is fenced in, again nice, but not kept up. The kitchen was well stocked. I appreciated how most bedrooms had 2 beds, 1 with a harder mattress and 1 with a softer mattress. Plenty of pillows to pick from. Nice appliances. Front door is kind of wonky. Communication was good. I feel the AC would have a hard time keeping up if temps got above 85. Overall we enjoyed our stay and accommodation but felt like it was slightly overpriced.

The yard and pool are regularly maintained, but during the winter months, we do experience hard freezes that can cause the grass and some plants to turn brown temporarily. The home is located within city limits in a charming residential neighborhood that reflects a diverse and multi-ethnic culture. While it may not align with the standards of a suburban HOA, it is certainly not "run down" and offers a unique and vibrant atmosphere. Regarding pricing, please keep in mind that your stay was during peak season, and you had exclusive access to a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a full kitchen and a private heated pool. Comparatively, a hotel stay with similar amenities would likely cost as much, if not more, for a significantly smaller space. Vacation rentals do come with a balance of pros and cons, but overall, they provide exceptional value for the space and amenities offered. I hope this helps clarify, and I appreciate your feedback!
