The property was clean and we lived the layout of the condo as we ranged in age from 1 to 83. The hot tub was warm but the jets weren’t working while we were there. Although comfortable and everything worked as expected it is in need of upgrading-cabinets especially. We would stay there again

Outdated condo

Our minivan had difficulty getting up the mountain to the condo. Ironing board broken. Condo needs to be updated.

Ski view stay

It was a beautiful condo with amazing views. It was clean and well kept. Very quiet and relaxing. HOWEVER, the condo it at the very top of the mountain and the roads are a little stressful for people who are not used to driving Tennesee

Beautiful location

This was our second time at this property. The location is perfect: beautiful view, but not too high up the mountain. The saltwater pool/hot tub is a family favorite, and we had the pleasure of seeing bears each day during our stay. Will return, for sure!

Fantastic place with fantastic views

We were totally thrilled with the location and the views that we had for the week that we were there. The roominess of the condominium was fantastic. And to have three bedrooms with its own bathroom is also a plus. You will not be wrong if you choose this place to stay.

Amazing views and place

Had a great stay after making it up the crazy roads, but found a better route the second day. It was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for all of spread out. Loved the views at all times of day. Definitely would recommend.

Fun stay

This was a spacious condo with 3 bathrooms. The pool was warm and not crowded. We saw a black bear on the road close to the condo. The screened in balconey was nice in the mornings and evenings when it was cooler out. Use the wifi because cell service is spotty up there. They gave us a bit of paper products but you might need to bring extra toilet paper, paper towel, and napkins. They provided 2 dishwasher and laundry pods. We had a fun stay!

Lovely condo close to Gatlinburg

Each bedroom has a bathroom, perfect for our crew! We made a weekend visit to this cozy condo. Pleanty of seating to play games in the living area, loved the rocking chair!

1. ease of access into rental 2. Internet strong smart tv casting from phone excellant 3. All mattresses very good quality 4. Unit is very dated 1980's 5. Many light bulbs out through out unit 6. Outdoor porch seating Love seat Rotted couldnt use , email Mgr No Response to handle through out stay 7. Living room furniture is cosmetically fine "but springs in all very worn out" uncomfortable due to structural condition Re-Investment in furniture , inspection before renting more thorough Would Not rent again as many other available properties in better shape

We stayed here for my moms 50th and it was great! We were able to spread out easily and still enjoy gathering in the living room! Would stay again.
