The condo was very clean, plenty of sleeping arrangements, and plenty of parking. The Host was very helpful with an issue with the door lock, however, that was remedied very quickly. Kitchen was superb!

Location was good and within a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The place looks like the pictures but it does not have 3 king size beds as advertised. One is a Queen size. The host was difficult to get a response from. Several attempts just to get the code to enter the unit. The upstairs bedroom was infested all over the windows and walls with stink bugs. One guest assigned that room and bath had to sleep on the sofa downstairs. I texted the host and was told a Pest Control company would come out. We stayed for 3 nights and they never showed up. The cleanliness of the place was sub standard. I asked for a partial refund because we picked it for the 3 King beds and only got 2 usable bedrooms. Host has never replied. I trust the bug problem has been resolved. 15 counted on morning we left! Not a pleasant place to stay.

Main TV did not work during our stay. Not a deal breaker, but annoting non the less. Bathrooms were not properly cleaned beofre we arrived. Contacted the property manager and was told someone would come by and reoair/analyze the TV situation. Did not happen during our stay.

Great location. Less than .5 Mile walk to main shopping, close to Anakeesta. Great set up for 3 couples or family, comfortable beds in bedrooms. Fold out couch good for kids, little sagging in middle. Managers always replied quickly, have nice little touches, kitchen well supplied, I loved the balcony as well!

Nice and roomy condo. Decor was nice and enjoyed the screened in porch but wish there was a view from it. It was a nice walk to downtown Gatlinburg from the condo so didn’t have to worry about parking. The only things that were a bit of a pain was trying to lock the door to the condo when leaving and the main part of the house was upstairs so to get to the kitchen, living room or porch, you had to walk up a flight of stairs. But overall, it was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our week there!

Great property, great location

The layout was great for a combined family group with 3 separate bedrooms on different floors, each with its own bathroom. The hosts provided a variety of toiletries, snacks, etc. which were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Gatlinburg in the future.

As Advertised but didn't love the experience

We loved our time in Gatlinburg. The property was as advertised, however a few things. The floors were so bumpy/uneven. The toaster and Keurig were also broken. The outside deck had some loose boards and nails sticking out. There was construction in the unit next door that started early each morning for the first few days of our stay. While the listening said the pool wouldn't be open until Memorial Day, the weather had been really hot and ALL neighboring properties had theirs open. We never received check out instructions even after I sent a message through VRBO. While all of these are minor, they cumulatively created an OK experience.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. A lot of thought was put into extras such as plenty of towels and a snack basket. The small Keurig was broken… but worked when the lid was held down. The only reason I am mentioning it is because if no one brings it up then it will never be replaced. That was inconsequential to our stay We booked the same condo for our conference next year so we were very satisfied. Thank you

Family trip

The property was great. It’s a bit of a walk to the main strip, and it’s uphill coming back. My only real complaint was the lock on the door. I’ve used this style keypad before, and both times everyone in the party had trouble locking/unlocking it. If you’re in a hurry, it can be a pain.

Property could use a little TLC, but at least it was in a good location.

We stayed here the week of NYE, so it was an extremely busy week for this area! I would say this property was ok. Would I stay here again? Probably not, just due to the fact that we love using home rentals on vacations and this one just hit a little bit below the normal quality of the ones we've stayed at before. Does it beat a hotel for a family? Sure. I'd pick this over any hotel, but that may be just me. I don't like hotels.Pros:- Location. It has easy walking access into Gatlinburg, which was great when we walked in on New Year's Eve, even if we were stalled by a bear in the parking lot that night!- There were plenty of blankets, pillows, soaps, towels, etc. to use during our trip- It was nice to be able to spread out as the property is 3 floors and everyone could have their own privacy if needed- The covered parking was nice to have, especially when the snow was coming down pretty good as we packed back up- The price was decent compared to some of the other similar properties we looked at for this time period, but we also booked WELL in advance- The host was very quick to respond when we had questions- The area felt safe, but honestly, I've never felt unsafe anywhere in Gatlinburg- Beds were decently comfyCons:- At the time of our rental, the listing still shows 3 King beds. This is not accurate. One of the beds is definitely not a King, but more like a Queen size- Temperature control was all over the place. One night we would wake up like icicle

Beautiful Gatinburg Getaway

The floor plan was perfect for me and my grown children. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. The kitchen was the perfect size for our family. The proximity to the strip was ideal and provided easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall a very positive experience!

Not all kings

The description of the property is not correct I always rent all king units and homes. This property says it has 3 kings. That is not the case. The loft bedroom is not a king. Very disappointed And not sure what they do with the cleaning fee…but the vacuum had never been ran as there were crumbs and food everywhere and the showers and bath floors all had hair on them

Perfect Location!!

My daughter and I had a magical Gatlinburg getaway! We LOVED this home!!! Absolutely perfect for us! The layout, decor and proximity to downtown was ideal. It was so cozy from the fireplace to the comfy beds. We walked into town easily every day-enjoyed Anakeesta, Astra Lumina, Mysterious Mansion,Dollywood, The Island, Skyland Ranch just to name a few! Being so close to downtown made the trip even more perfect! The hosts were responsive, accommodating and provided supplies above and beyond. Far and away one of our favorite rentals and vacations!! The extra touch

Upon entering the condo, one could tell how professionally cleaned it had been. The condo was fully stocked with enough towels etc for the entirety of the stay and the basket of snacks was a great extra!

Was not ready @ check in

Great location and beautifully done. We had a greeting from a Black Bear upon our arrival. Received notification that cleaners were running late and we would not be able to check in on time. After arriving floors were not clean or mopped. We informed owner but no one ever showed up to clean. They had installed new key pad locks and apparently didn’t inform owners so the directions we were given did not lock the door.. It was resolved after.
