Excellent Location and Property

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your property! Plenty of space, great location, slept comfortably. Only issues were only 1 stove burner lit and sugar ants on the counter.

Comfortable 4 floor condo/duplex, good parking, very conveniently located off Rte 16 in a quiet wooded setting. Good ac for those hot days. Fun playroom downstairs for kids. Total of 3 bedrooms, one in loft. We would consider staying here again!

Home away from home in NH

Great stay at Fox Run well equipped kitchen. The condo includes 3 floors and a finished basement game room area. Mini split acs 3 in total are in the main area , main bedroom and upstairs loft. 4 stars only for cleanliness as there were some cobwebs and leftover food on carpets but otherwise had a wonderful stay here with family! Bring your own streaming device for rainy days only Netflix was available to login into as tvs are not capable of streaming or downloading apps. Upstairs shower could use a new showerhead ( possibly detachable to make it easier with kiddos ). We truly would love to stay again and plan too!!

Repeat stay and always great!

This was our second time staying at this rental because we truly love it so much! Location is great - very close to center of North Conway (shopping, restaurants, grocery stores) and not a far drive to any attractions. Home has everything we need for our large family of 8 (2 adults, 6 children) - kitchen stocked with pretty much everything you need, lots of beds, game room for entertainment, and access to an outdoor pool. Everything very clean as well. We definitely recommended this home for anyone with a large family like ours or group of families, especially with children. Already looking forward to another stay in the future!

Great experience!

We loved our stay and were very pleased. My only advice for those traveling with young children would be to choose a unit closer to the road because this is the closest unit to the loud train tracks and the train’s whistle wake up your kiddos during nap time! Other than that, great experience! The pictures don’t even do it justice, it’s nicer than the pics!

Nice unit, great location and plenty of room.

This is a very spacious and clean unit in a great location. Plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The sun porch is just lovely. There is a pool on site too that my kids loved. This unit is really great for families with kids, there were lots of toys in the unit and my kids really enjoyed our stay here. We did encounter a few problems with our stay and Vacasa was not helpful. Nothing that was a showstopper, but it was clear there is no local team available to address things.

Bigger than it looks

I expected a typical townhouse size and I was pleasantly surprised with the large rooms. It was 4 floors with plenty of room for our 2 families. The little ones were really excited about the toys in the lower level. It was a nice surprise for them. Ha ha

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the cleanest house that we've ever rented. We really liked the fact that there were no unnecessary items and decor elements in the house. Very safe for toddlers and crawling infants. Somebody did a great job labeling remotes, thermostats, switches, etc. and it really helped. Basement full of toys was a good distractor for kids.

Listing is misleading.

This property needs a little TLC. The listing is misleading because there is no central AC. There is also no cable on the main floor which made it difficult with kids. The 3rd floor AC was not working properly, there was also mold on this level. The kids bedroom did not have AC. The kitchen had ants and the shower on this level had a broken shower head. If these things were corrected the property would have been significantly better. The amount of space and location is great.

Disappointed that main floor tv did not get regular channels!!! Numerous light bulbs were out but handyman was GREAT and fixed it all quickly! Gas stove heated things up nicely! Did enjoy the townhouse.

Great space, could use some love

Overall, the house was spacious and accommodating. There were a few concerns... a large amount of mouse droppings outside of the bathroom on the bedroom level, we think fell out of a blanket that was on the floor in that hall closet. The TV in the main living area had no cable or smart TV capabilities, unwatchable. The ping pong paddle was already broken and ended up breaking completely off. Most of the mixing bowls in the kitchen were cracked upon arrival and could use replacing. We also couldn't find a broom in order to sweep up the kitchen and bathrooms. With a few compromises and adjustments, we were able to enjoy our Thanksgiving in the mountains.

Great house.

The house was very clean. Everything was in good shape. All of my guest loved it and we’re very comfort. The kitchen is well equipped. All the beddings were clean and new. The manager was courteous and had great customer service. I would definitely rent the house again.

Would stay again

Perfect location, great play room for kids. It's helpful to know that ample linens are provided. Just a short walk to train tracks and river which my toddler son loved. Unfortunately, the coffee maker broke while we were there and the refrigerator door handle was broken when we arrived. Not a huge deal, but communication with Vacasa was not helpful to get in touch with management.

Versatile home

This town house fit many family needs. Children could play in the basement, and the living area and kitchen were very open and easy to use. The kitchen was a nice size and well stocked. And the grilling area was convenient also. Sleeping areas were very good, also. This house was in a very convenient location for all of the activities the area had to offer. A surprise bonus was being within short walking distance to a rocky stream that the kids could wade in. We all loved that unexpected, picturesque find.

Lots of repairs needed

The listing says it sleeps 12 and it really does. There is tons of space. Overall this would be a beautiful place but so many repairs are needed. The front screen door snaps back and if not careful will get the back of your legs. The back screen door is dented so badly that the door has to be closed behind you in order to not let bugs in. The top of the grill is so badly dented ( what I was told from a large snowfall) that only one side of the grill worked. There was some kind of leak in the upstairs bathroom that caused a puddle and when I called the property manager, was told they would send a plumber and nobody ever came. Again...the space itself is lovely and ideal for a family. My children loved the basement especially. It’s easy to contact the property managers since they are available however if your complaint is not taking care of, I guess it doesn’t matter. I wouldn’t recommend this unit it until these repairs have been made.

Great stay for two families with lots of little kids

We stayed for a long weekend as two families with 3 toddlers and an infant. The house was great for everyone to spread out in. The “childproofing” was excellent, we felt the kids were very safe. The location is about 1/2 way between storyland and north conway shopping, very convenient! Would definitely like to return next year!
