The main level (second story) offers an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area together. The dining table has seating for six (with the leaf and extra chairs, it can seat up to 10) as well as seating for three at the breakfast bar. The living room is the ideal place to unwind comfortably with inviting leather couches, a gas fireplace, and a flatscreen Smart TV. Off of the living room, there's a reading nook with a rotating collection of books for guests to enjoy and access to the deck where you can grill and enjoy views of Kearsarge North. The lower level of this retreat offers a Ping-Pong table, perfect for friendly matches with your friends.

One and a half miles away is downtown North Conway where restaurants and convenience stores abound. The nearby Schouler Park is a great place to take the kids; it features a train station, the popular Conway Scenic Railroad, a large playground, a splash pad, and plenty of amenities that will make your visit a memorable time. The popular Cranmore Mountain Resort offers year-round fun no matter your age or if you're into winter sports or summer adventures. Located only two and a half miles away, you're in for a good time; it has 57 trails and glades for skiing, 10 lanes of tubing, the Giant Swing, a mountain coaster, and the Soaring Eagle zipline in winter. Summer adventures include rides in the Mountain Adventure Park and a treetop aerial adventure park.

Great home all around

the house is beautiful. great location to town and skiing. the kids had fun in the basement with their own TV and ping pong table. would definitely stay here again!

VACASA IS A TERRIBLE RENTAL SERVICE!

I will NEVER EVER rent a Vacasa-run property again. I should have done my due diligence in researching the company before renting from them. The number of one-star reviews on Yelp alone would have made me go with another property. The house itself was in a good location and semi-clean. My boys and my mother sneezed and had runny noses anytime they were in the house (outside the house, they were all 100% fine). The layers of dust was appalling and the downstairs had a strange musty smell. The kitchen was well-appointed and well-stocked and the view was lovely, however, be forewarned....whomever took the photos did an excellent job of making the place and rooms look larger than they are. The house can sleep 8 but there is only seating for 6 at the dining room table and the living room. The bathroom upstairs is a Jack and Jill and very very tiny. It is difficult for one person to navigate that bathroom. Vacasa itself is a terrible rental company. There were so many problems and nothing was addressed quickly. You can't get through to them on the phone and text message is the only option. The answers are very autogenerated and generic with no resolution. Every answer was a run-around. There was blood on the comforter and two blankets, they argued about plowing the driveway even though I screenshot & sent them their own instructions that read it should be plowed by them. Their answer, the city would do it. What city plows private driveways? Terrible rental company.

Prefect location

This house is located in a picture postcard setting, you have Cathedral Ledge in the front yard and a beautiful farm in the backyard, surrounded by other natural treasures. You are close to hiking and close to shopping. Perfect for our group.

Perfect Location

The home is in a great location to see all that the N Conway area has to offer. The home has a fully supplied kitchen so you can enjoy homemade meals. The views from the back deck are magnificent.
