Beautiful, spacious 16th Floor Oceanfront condo with oceanfront heated pool, lounge chairs, sundeck area, picnic tables and grills all in the quiet end of Arcadian Shores in the north end of Myrtle Beach. Keyless door code for convenient entry to building and unit. The balcony offers spectacular views of the ocean. Features a fully furnished kitchen with oversized living room, dining room, cable TV, wireless internet and a washer and dryer in the unit . The Master suite has a king size bed with oceanfront view and sliders to the oceanfront balcony as well. The living room has a new queen pullout sofa and love seat. The Brigadune is close to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets and many golf courses. It is just a quick walk down the beach to famous Ocean Annies beach bar with live music, River City Cafe and the Apache Pier. Walmart and Kroger are just minutes away. The Brigadune is a quiet and comfortable condominium where you can relax and get away. Security and cleanliness are our top priority. No pets or motorcycles and please be advised this is a non smoking unit. Please note we only rent Saturday to Saturday

End of summer getaway

The condo was very nice, clean and equipped. One of the 2 elevators was out for most of the week and this is on the 16th floor. The condo itself was great!! Very comfortable!!

Our opinion

Kitchen, plenty of room for your groceries. Oven temperature max is 350*. New fridge. Bathrooms, toilets are low to the floor Overall dated, everything works King bedroom, bed was comfortable The wall and portable fans were nice. Spectacular view, nice pool, nice deck and right on the beach Next door condo major summer-long construction

VERY Pleased With This Property

Everything was EXACTLY as pictured online. As soon as we walked into the condo it had such a pleasant frgrance (light, not heavy.) All of the rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms, along with the floors, were spotless. The King-sized bed was very comfortable and the twin beds for our sons were also very comfortable. The balcony (being on the 16th floor) provided breathtaking views of the ocean! I've been to several beaches along the Eastern Seaboard and this property is, by far, the BEST! My family is looking forward to staying here again on our next trip down to Myrtle!

Brigadune Myrtle Beach

We have been To Myrtle Beach for numerous vacations over the years and have always stayed at the Brigadune. This year we rented from someone new and again did not disappoint. We will be back!!

No water at the Brigadune

Things were fine until I went to shower after checking in. The water pressure seemed a bit Low. The next morning (Sunday)we had no water and didnt get it back til late Monday afternoon. Then Tuesday and Wednesday were ok, then Thursday night no water. On Friday and Saturday water was intermittent, always a surprise when you turned on the faucet. Totally UNACCEPTABLE !!! I dont blame the owners, It was the property manager who made us beg him to activate the defective water pump to get our water. It totally Sucked and we will never stay in this building again.

Great place to stay!

The lady I spoke with that owned the property was extremely nice and went above and beyond to accommodate! The condo is beautiful, homey, and a great place to spend a family beach vacation. We will come back!

Stay often

We stay in this area every year so are very familiar with it. This property was a bit dated but perfectly ok for our stay. The issue was that it was absolutely filthy. The owners were responsive and friendly but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for just how disgustingly dirty it was on check in. The owner did send us a re-clean the next day, but we had already cleaned ourselves and slept one extremely gross night in the place.

Wonderful

Just got back from our week stay at the Brigadune condo. It was amazing. Upon entering the condo, it was extremely clean. Clean sheets and pillows for were waiting for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils you could need. That included a crock pot and an air fryer! The owners were happy to answer any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay and were very easy to reach. The building itself is located on a quiet part of North Myrtle. The pool was never so crowded you couldn’t find a chair, and the beach was never jammed either. This made for a very relaxing vacation. Parking was convenient and easy as well. We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was amazing! Very well decorated! I was impressed with the attention to detail as far as the way the condo was equipped! We had everything that we needed in the condo! The cleaning crew had to work fast to get the condo ready for us and so they missed a few things that needed attention but overall it was clean. I was also impressed with the tenants who occupied the building- all very friendly and seemed to love living in the building. Owners were very easy to work with. We look forward to renting from them again!
