Owner has beach chairs and cooler that are available for renters to use. Coffee and washing detergent also supplied for guests. This resort backs up to Dunes Gold Course. It is also within a very short walking distance to Ocean Annie’s Karaoke Bar, River City Cafe, & Apache Pier.
