The condo features 1 king bed in the master and 2 beds in the secondary bedroom (1queen and 1 full). Guests can take advantage of the fitness room, washing machine in unit, AC, WiFi, and other convenient amenities during their stay. Owner has beach chairs and cooler that are available for renters to use. Coffee and washing detergent also supplied for guests. Sands Beach is at the end of Shore Drive, and has a Swash that basically gives you a private beach feel. This unit is on the end and has a wonderful view from all the side windows as well as the balcony. The indoor/outdoor pool, tennis court, basket ball court, pickle ball court, food truck, covered parking, and the Let’s Get Twisted Restaurant and Bar are all just a few steps from your front door. This resort backs up to Dunes Gold Course. It is also within a very short walking distance to Ocean Annie’s Karaoke Bar, River City Cafe, & Apache Pier.
