Welcome to Casa Piramide... your own private paradise in walking distance from the warm beaches of the Mexican Pacific coast.

This two-bedroom, two-full-bathroom house has been renovated in December of 2020 and features a completely private backyard swimming pool with pyramid waterfall, a genuine king-size bed, queen-sized bed, private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, living room with large flatscreen TV, dining area, manicured front-yard garden and more. Casa Piramide is just a 5 minute walk from the beach.

The most unique feature of this house is definitely the impressive and colorful Mayan Tikal inspired pyramid-shaped waterfall that flows into the private swimming pool located in the backyard of the property. The swimming pool area is surrounded by high walls and tall plants to provide the maximum level of privacy and features a colorful furnished patio and a large umbrella for guests who desire some shade.

When you first arrive at the house, you will walk past the a lush colorful garden on your way toward the front door of the house.

The first floor features a spacious and comfortable living room with a large 50-inch flatscreen 4K ultra high definition smart television, dining area, full kitchen, and full bathroom. The smart TV is enabled to connect to your smart phone and can mirror your smart device screen. You can access popular streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, and more on the TV.

The second floor features two fully furnished bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a large private balcony overlooking the backyard and swimming pool. One bedroom features a genuine king-sized bed and the other bedroom is appointed with a queen-sized bed. Both beds feature imported bamboo linens, which are extremely soft and more permeable for letting air pass through and minimizes perspiration.

Bath towels, beach towels, and soft bamboo bed linens are provided.

The WiFi internet speed (10 mbps) is the fastest speed available in the area and works well for streaming video. The landline phone in the house allows for unlimited free calls to Canada and to the USA.

The house features solar panels.

For stays 14 days or longer, housekeeping service is provided (frequency to be determined by both parties.)

Much of the decor inside the house and the style of the pyramid waterfall next to the swimming pool is inspired by Mexico’s pre-Colombian cultures.
