Awesome home and host!!

We stayed at this rental and the host was very accomodating and allowed us to check in early due to a previous host canceling our rental on the way to Kenosh from Kansas. The home as always was neat and tidy and very spacious. Look forward to booking with Christopher in the future!

Treasured Getaway

Wonderful accommodations: spacious, clean, well stocked with delightful extras that most places will not have. The home offered so many necessities that we were unable to bring with us.The personalized welcome was such a warm surprise. Quiet and private neighborhood. Enjoyed the large fenced backyard, patio, fire pit, and the game room. Felt the children were safe playing in the backyard. Easy entry. Home-away-from-home environment. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Chris for everything.

Great Place

We were visiting family to attend a funeral and this nice relaxing house was the perfect remedy to a crampy hotel room and the host was very accomodating and available.

Not clean at all!

We noticed a few things right away that weren’t clean, the shower had a wastebasket with water in it and the drain grate was rusted out or missing. The dishwasher was a health hazard, filled with mold. To the point you couldn’t tell what color the plastic was inside. I wish I could post pics! The countertops had dried food on them, like have to scrape off with a sharp knife as opposed to just washing with a sponge. As we kept looking, it just got worse. There was ants In the hallway, living room and bathroom, and it’s the middle of winter. There was a sock next to the bed from the last people who stayed there. Nothing had been vacuumed, food remnants under the coffee table and dried food splattered in the top of it. When I moved the circle rug in the kitchen you could see the outline and feel the difference of the filth outside the circle. The bathroom had toothpaste splatter in the sink and mirror, hair in the corners and shower. If there wasn’t an ice storm brewing we would have just went back home. I sent several pictures to the owner and he said they could send someone the next morning. Three maintenance guys showed up and were there for a couple hours. They cleaned as well as they could, but they are not the cleaning people. This place obviously was NOT cleaned before we arrived which is what I pay for. But no offer was made to reimburse the cleaning fee. That to me seems like it would be a given, especially the condition it was in. I will never ever stay at one of his properties again. We were also originally looking for a place for a couple nights the following week and he offered to have us come back and wouldn’t charge us another cleaning fee. No way, not a chance! We found different(much cleaner) accommodations.

Thanksgiving Adventure

Thanks Chris again for another great stay! The home in a great neighborhood, the backyard was spacious for the kids to play some Thanksgiving football and the house was great to host the meal for our sailor! We appreciate the attentiveness you provided and will be back soon.

Navy Boot Camp Graduation Retreat

This place was perfect! Our son graduated on a Friday and had liberty for the weekend. This house is about 25 mins from base so it was far enough away to feel like he got away. Relaxing, comfortable and clean home base for all the memories we made before he ships out to Japan. Thanks Chris!

I have been married to my wife Alane for over 35 years. We have 3 boys. My two oldest sons married Brazilian girls, Gilly and Juliana.

Arthur and Juliana live in the Baltimore area with our new little granddaughter Victoria. She's so cute. Arthur is a computer programmer and Juliana is an employment specialist.

Alex and Giselle are in San Jose, California. Giselle is the first doctor in the family and teaches at the University of San Jose. Alex is our sales manager at our company in Phoenix.

Our youngest, Christopher (The FooF) is disabled and is the coolest kid. He's 29 years old. Our family travels to a great many places. Foof goes with us to the Grand Cayman's several times a year and other places like Aruba, Hawaii, Indy car races, concerts, and more. He loves to visit with his brothers and hang out.

I travel to China several times a year for business and pleasure. I feel with all the travelling we do, we know what travelers want and like. So, we have gone the extra mile to make our properties fun and unique. We print the custom artwork you see at our properties at my company in Phoenix. We have top notch beds, pillows, and bedding for "the ultimate sleep experience." Gym equipment, fun activities like Foosball tables, putting greens, and more!

We would like your experience to be memorable because in the end you only have your memories of your adventures. We want to be part of that. So, if you have any special requests or questions, please let us know.
