Welcome to our log cabin, located on the shores of Georgian Bay.

Property is a corner bungalow log Cabin, with sand surrounding the property, sacred labyrinth, walking and skii trails, skidoo trails and close to Awenda Provincial Park. The sunsets are spectacular as you can see from the photos.

Located in a very peaceful and quiet cottage place. We expect our guests to enjoy the quietness and respect local by-laws (no loud noise outdoors).

Tourist attractions:
Multiple hiking and skidoo trails, 30 Thousand Island Tours, Discovery Harbour, Saint Ann's Roman Catholic Church, Penetanguishene Centennial Museum and Archives, St. Marie Among the Hurons, Martyre's Shrine, Midland Drive-in, Midland Murals, Castle Village Enchanted Kingdom and the Kings Warf Theatre.

Many restaurants and grocery stores and shopping areas about 20 minutes away.

Amazing place!

We had the best time staying here. The check in process was so easy and Liliana was very kind and helpful. The property was beautiful and very spacious. We had everything we needed for our stay!

Our rainy Holiday !

It rained most of the time we were there , the path to the beach was long kind of hidden , I knew the beach was rocky never expected so many rocks ! The WiFi was good although I didn’t get to watch a movie my family men enjoyed all the games of Copa America and European Cup!!!! The welcome tray was a very nice touch , very good wine ! Lilliana was a great hostess ! Overall the property was very welcoming and lots of birds !

Ana, this year the water receded so there was more shore line. I agree the wifi is very good. Ana communicated very well before, during and after her arrival. House rules were followed. Would host her group again.

Remote location in Tiny Township

The property itself is exactly as advertised: roomy and comfortable. The beds are great, everyone slept well. The new gazebo in the back is a wonderful place for cocktails in the evening. The wifi is powerful and reliable although it is very expensive. The owner Liliana is extremely responsive and helpful, the best experience we have ever had when booking properties with vrbo. And if you want quiet, this is the place for you. On the downside it is half an hour to the nearest shopping of any kind, as well as to the beaches. Frankly there is absolutely nothing BUT the beaches to do in this area unless you hike through the provincial park. Liliana would do well to provide outdoor games like badminton and croquet for those long hours after the beach. The yard is all sand, a perfect base for some games.

Heather was an awesome guest as well as her family. She treated my place as her own. Re wifi, I have ordered Starlink the newest satellite internet of its kind. On a wait list for availability. I will consider her suggestion of providing some outdoor games for future guests. Thank you Heather for being a guest.

Great Getaway on Georgian Bay

My family and I had a fantastic time while staying at this well-appointed and cared-for cabin. The beach, while rocky, is just a short walk away and is no less stunning in terms of its view and welcomingly warm once in the water. Our kids truly loved it! Definitely a trip to remember!

The property land was purchased in 1990 and the Log Cabin built over that summer. The logs came from the United States and built by professionals from the US as well. This property was a place away from the busy city, with 2 young children at the time, enjoying the weekends swimming near by or riding their bikes. Many family memories within the Log Cabin.

Today, with 4 teenage grandchildren, they now come to enjoy the beautiful peaceful times.

I am a natural Healer myself, I do coaching and I host weekend healing retreats, especially over the summer, for those who want to get away from the busy life in the city and find solitude. I also published 3 books, Sights & Sighs, and also 2 times #1 Int'l Best Seller Author, Empowering Women to Succeed, Volume III, Bounce, 2017 and Almost 365 Empowering Stories, 2019.

There is no city noise around this property, and you wake up feeling refreshed and energized. As a natural Healer, I put together myself the 20 foot sacred labyrinth on the property.

You can walk on the 2 km trail, starting just across the street, and enjoy nature while being close to the beach. There are trails through Awenda Park, just 5-10 minutes away, sandy beaches and during the winter, cross country skiing and/or ski doing. You can even rent boats and jet skis in the summer, 10-15 minutes from the property. Many sight seeing places. (See amenities)

I open my heart and my Log Cabin to you to enjoy with family and friends, to find peace and rest within yourself. I know you will enjoy the serenity, peace and tranquility this place has to offer you. A must experience.
