*** Villa Nature is a charming stone house restored to «modern standards» with quality natural materials and particular attention to aesthetics and your comfort.
The house is completely independent with private garden, secure swimming pool, and is surrounded by meadows and woods on 10 hectares.
Our location between Sarlat and Bergerac is ideal and allows you to quickly reach the most prestigious tourist sites of the Dordogne-Périgord.

**** The villa follows the shape of the rock and offers 140 m² on two levels.
On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a bedroom (14 m²) and a spacious shower room with toilet and the large kitchen bright (30 m²), overlooks the private garden of the house. Upstairs, a spacious living room (30 m²) with stone fire place, and smart télévision, the second bedroom (14 m²), the third bedroom (20m²) and a spacious shower room with toilet. High speed optic Internet is available through out the house.
The house and the intimate garden are accessed by a stone stairs. This beautiful completely private garden includes facilities for eating or resting in the sun or lounging in the shade of old lime trees and fig trees (umbrellas and deckchairs are provided).
A magnificent covered terrace allows you to enjoy the panorama on our pretty valley of wildflowers.
The secure pool is sanitized with salt (no bleach), with a dark grey liner providing a pleasant visual reminiscent of lake waters.
The swimming pool is 90 metres from the Villa Nature (only). Chaise lounges, parasol are provided.
We provide you games, toys and books, you can also practice badminton or pétanque...
Indeed, around the cottage, the area is classified for its natural environment and no modern construction is possible.

Imagine waking up in the villa awash with birdsong, with a cup of tea in your garden in complete privacy, the children playing freely in the open air - no car traffic! You may have a visit from a deer or a roe deer. At night you observe the stars and the Milky Way.

From home, by car, train or bike, you can enjoy an unequaled cultural and historical heritage. The bike/green way to Bergerac or Mauzac passes down our hill.
On foot, less than 2 km away, you can also swim or canoe on the Dordogne river, discover the forest (map of the paths provided), a cute medieval paper village with an interesting eco-museum, pretty villages and medieval castles.
At 3 km, the oldest English bastide of Dordogne, Lalinde, is very lively and offers you desired shops, restaurants, markets, shops and doctors.

20 minutes by car, castles, vineyards and beautiful medieval bastides (Monpazier, Beaumont du Périgord), 30 minutes Les Eyzies, capital of prehistory, valley of decorated caves and troglodyte shelters, Issigeac, a beautiful lively medieval town and its superb market, and 45 minutes away from here, the beautiful medieval town of Sarlat or Périgueux (Gallo-Roman remains, museums, shops, etc.).
