This 7 acre woodland retreat is perfect for small groups including families, friends getaways, and corporate retreats. 7 bedrooms each with queen bed, private bathroom & private patio. Miles of onsite hiking, large open lawn for yard games, two bonfire pits, fully-equipped kitchen, large gas grill, hammock & outdoor gazebo lounge. Includes a pet-friendly Cottage for up to two pets. Wifi, Netflix & HD Xfinity cable throughout. Includes everything you need for a clean, cozy, Covid-safe getaway.
The space
The location is perfect. A left of of the driveway brings you to Mystic in minutes. Watch Hill, the area's most beautiful beach, is just a short 25 minute drive. Less than a mile away are Foxwoods, Lakes of Isles golf course, and Tanger Outlets.
Each bedroom includes: air conditioning, full bath, private patio, queen-size bed w/ 100% cotton linens, down comforter, 4 plush pillows, new Tuft&Needle mattress, bath robes, large flatscreen HDTV, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, EO brand organic bath amenities. The works!
Additional great stuff: Beach towels, umbrellas, complimentary soda & coffee, complimentary breakfast bar, refrigerator stocked with essentials (but plenty of room for your stuff), Keurig, books on the local area, magazines, and games.

As for food, I have a bunch of great suggestions for both casual and upscale dining. There are also plenty of not-so-good restaurants in the area. My goal is to steer you away from having a not-so-good meal at one of those.
As for me, when I'm not hosting guests, I love traveling, especially in foreign countries. I love having great food when I travel and getting a sense of a place from the perspective of the locals.
In my free time I kayak, go for long bicycle rides, practice yoga, and go to the beach. Watch Hill beach is just 30 minutes away and phenomenal.

This property is professionally run and inspected. We have an annual inspection by the town's fire marshall. Every guest bedroom has a direct exit to the outdoors as well as a fire extinguisher. There is a whole house generator which powers the entire property in the event of a power outage. Very few listings can offer this level of peace of mind for you and your family.

Taking care of the natural environment and living healthy are two passions of mine. I provide natural, mostly organic food and treats for my guests. I run the property as sustainably as I can, recycling, composting, using energy efficient products, and natural cleaners and bath amenities. It costs extra, but I feel good about running my business this way.
