The finished basement offers additional entertainment and sleeping space, a full bathroom, and a walk-out to the hot-tub. Wifi, central air, a DVD player, and Smart TVs for your indoor enjoyment. Outdoor fire pit, dining area, and a flat yard that is perfect for yard games. Whether you're feeling adventurous or want to relax in peace, this home has it all!
10-minute drive to Downtown Mystic, Olde Mistick Village, and the Historic Stonington Borough. The gorgeous beaches of Rhode Island are under 15 miles away. 20-minute drive to Foxwoods casino, and Mohegan Sun is within half an hour away. Whether you want to take on any local or adventures or simply relax in peace, this home has it all! Hosts are local and happy to provide suggestions. Beach towels, umbrella, beach chair, and blanket provided. We have a ring camera up front for added security measure for when the house is vacant, we turn off notifications when you arrive and turn them back on day of check out so we know that you departed, so we can send the cleaners over.

The house was everything that we expected and then some, very happy with a great set up. All the rooms were super comfortable, there was plenty of room for our group to hang out together, and we took advantage of the spacious yard.

This house was just like staying at home! It was beautiful, clean, comfy beds and beautiful grounds. The kitchen, grill and eating spaces are so nice and or favorite thing was to sit and drink coffee on the back patio. It is close to the highway noise but in the house, in the hot tub or around the fire pit you really hear no noise and we would defintely have this as a first choice place to stay again.

Group Retreat

80th birthday celebration

The house was just perfect for our extended family. Comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen, clean, plenty of seating. We enjoyed the gas fireplace, proximity to town and the acquarium. Plenty of room for everyone.

Girls Weekend

We had the best time ever. We started at Stonington Winery then Kitch to make our dinner with Chef Amanda. Sooo much fun. Our virbo house was amazing. Clean beautiful and it slept so many of us. Ashley the house manager was very attentive. My favorite new memory will be all of us having drinks and fun around the backyard fire pit. Love love love everything.

Good getaway destination

The stay was generally pretty good. We had a group of 10 adults and the house accommodated well with 5 beds and several couches. Communication with the host was great and quickly replied to help us with anything we needed. Kitchen contained plenty of utensils and cooking equipment and the bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. Location is super close to Mystic and makes for a good day trip. Some things to be aware of is the location is directly adjacent to a cemetery which made the check in process during night a bit spooky, having to drive through a trail with no lights. Having ghostly paintings in the house also added a bit of fear. Also, while we were excited to use the bathtub, it had caused us some rashes and bumps so make sure to check it before you dip in. Otherwise, the house was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Girl's Weekend in Mystic

We had a group of 12 women (50+ age group) stay for a weekend in late October. The house was a perfect size and layout for us. There was a big open sitting area that was just next to the kitchen so we could all hang out at night and socialize. Using the couches as beds there were enough places to sleep, we used memory foam toppers for the pull out couches (one was provided, one we brought). We didn't utilize the hot tub but we were lucky enough to have excellent weather so we had a nice night by the fire pit. We also went to the beach one day (about a 20 minute drive) and we went out to eat in Mystic (about a 5-10 minute drive). There is lots of space for parking at the house. Everything was clean and the hosts were very responsive. I would stay here again!

Family Time

My two sons, daughter-in-laws, 5 grandchildren (all under age 5), my husband and myself stayed at this beautiful vacation home. We had plenty of room. Being together, but being able to maintain our privacy. Plenty of activities to do in the area, but enjoyed being at the home and sitting around the fire pit. BBQ, listened to music. Absolutely one of my best experiences. Would do it again. The home is beautiful and the pictures are great, but even better in person. Supplied us with things that you don’t always think of bringing, but definitely need. Thank you for great experience.

Beautiful home !

This house was gorgeous and so clean! The house was stocked with everything you need and then some! It was so comfortable and the backyard was beautiful with the fire pit! We will definitely be booking this home again! Thanks for a great stay!

All of us under one lovely roof!

How refreshing it is to get what you signed up for. The property looks just as lovely in person as it does on line. Typically February is not a great month to comment about a yard and landscaping or neighborhood but in this case we were able to see all the potential for warm weather fun and beauty. The hot tub and fire pit were certainly enjoyed during our stay! For a rental the furniture and decor seemed a lot higher end than you would expect - lots of nice touches that made it feel like you were at home. The bedrooms accommodated our large group well. (Age range 3 months to 62 years, and two four legged kids). Even the den with the make down couch was extremely comfortable. What a great space the downstairs is for a family. There was plenty of everything we needed for our long weekend. Loved the special touches like being invited to decorate ornaments to put on the tree outdoors- just nice...all around. The owners and the agent and anyone we had contact with were extremely helpful and pleasant. We would like to come back again when little ones are a bit older and we can enjoy the warm weather and all the area has to offer. Family Gathering

The home was perfect in the sense that we could congregate together to play games, eat dinner and talk yet there was enough space to break away. It was very clean, cozy, up to date and accommodating. Really liked the space.

Perfect place for the whole crew

We had an event in the area this was a perfect spot for us central to town and nestled away. We were working the event so here with a brand so this house was perfect for a bunch of co-workers trying to rest and have home base!

Wedding weekend bliss

This listing does not do this house justice. It is beautiful and very large! We had our whole bridal party stay at this house for our wedding weekend, and we also all got ready the morning of our wedding and it worked out amazingly! The fire pit was so fun and we were so sad to leave. We definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to relax and spend quality time with their friends and family!
