Our overall stay was great! We needed to stay an extra night and Andrea was very accommodating. However, when we were setting up the pullout mattress, we found quite a bit of popcorn in the couch that must’ve been from the previous guests.

It worked out great. It had a really nice view with everything we needed. It is a little loud with people above us, and the bedroom blinds weren’t that effective. Probably bring an eye shade. Overall it was great. The air mattress had a hole in it so it didn’t hold air all night. So bring a mattress or a cot if you need it.

Resort stay in St. George

That was our first time stay at the Las Palmas Resort. We appreciated having access to a lap pool in particular. Wonderful view from the condo! We had a comfortable stay, a good place to go back to after exploring interesting sites, in such close proximity, including National and State Parks. Thank you for sharing your condominium!

St. George stay

A couple friends and I had a conference at the Dixie event center this last week and we stayed at this condo. It was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Came to play pickleball. Enjoyed our stay. Had a little trouble with the washing machine. Contacted the owner and she responded immediately. Gave me instructions and was fixed in no time.

Internet stopped working

Loved the location and the pools. The condo itself is outdated and lacks kitchen amenities. Not enough eating utensils and access to the bathroom from the bedroom was limited. Not enough towel racks in the bathroom. It smells stale when you walk in the door. Very disappointed when the internet stopped working and even though my husband is tech savvy he was not able to get it going again.

Nice place.

The property is fine for a short stay. It could use some updates. There was no corkscrew. We had to go buy one. The bed was comfy and the views out back very nice.

St George

My wife and I used this property & location for our trip to Zion National Park. The property is fine; everything works, king size bed is very comfortable and the location was quiet. We made breakfast and ate dinner there every evening, and while the BBQ grill was great, the kitchen could be better supplied with additional cooking pots/pans and new cutlery. We walked over to the indoor pool/hot tub area, which looked fantastic, but the one working hot tub was so filthy we did not get in. This certainly isn’t the property owners fault, but one of the things we look forward to after a full day of hiking. Overall, we would return, especially as competitive as our nightly rate was.

Top condo choice in St George

The property is a great choice to visit St George and area. We appreciated the extra towels, blankets etc including beach towels. The location is superb to easily get to any activity and it is a top location in the Las Palmas condo resort with a lovely patio, gorgeous view and in a quiet spot at the end of the condo block. We always love the waterfall and family pools with palm trees and shade. Owner was quick to respond to our one issue.

I grew up in northern Utah. I never really went to St. George growing up. It wasn't until I got married that I discovered how great St. George is. You see my husband owns a recreation vehicle dealership. We love to go ride. And when its cold and snowy up in northern Utah, we make our way down to St. George and enjoy the warm and sunny weather, were there are lots of fun places to ride!

Me and my husband thought that this would be a perfect place for us to come to and relax. It's a quiet, cozy place to get away from it all and unwind. It's 10 minuets or less away from any place in St. George and the view is spectacular!!

In the heat of the summer you have access to 6 pools to go and relax in! One of them has a double water slide. There is a splash pad and kiddie pool for the little ones and 4 hot tubs for the grown ups. The property is kept in tip top condition. There is plenty of parking and even parking for trailers.
