Views, Pools, and Sweet Comfort - Las Palmas 3 bedroom/2 bath condo

This unit is in building 7. The beautiful view from the patio reminds you of why St. George is such a great place to visit. Enjoy all that St. George has to offer while staying in this lovely home away from home. Large enough to accommodate group time; and with three bedrooms, everyone can have their own space as well. POOLS, POOLS, POOLS - There are 6 pools. Two pools and hot tubs are located in shady areas nestled among the condominiums. A splash pad, two hot tubs, and four more pools consisting of a lap pool, toddler pool, waterslide pool, and enclosed pool which is heated in the winter are in the pool complex by the clubhouse. This is a quiet, second floor end unit with easy elevator access. The unit can sleep 8. The master bedroom has a king bed and TV, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two queen beds. A pack-n-play and high chair are available for the little travelers. A well-stocked kitchen makes mealtime a breeze. Our garage is available for storing bikes or equipment.
Weekly and monthly discounts are offered and will be calculated automatically upon booking.
You’ll love the close proximity to Tuacahn, Snow Canyon, and downtown St. George. Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, and Quail Lake are an easy drive away with convenient freeway accessibility. The best part is you’ll feel right at home while enjoying all your favorite activities and events in the area!
NOTE: Our condo is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies.

Such a wonderful stay from start to finish. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind when we had a small water issue, they handled it so quickly and made everything feel stress-free. We truly felt taken care of. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Dennis and Clair’s place was clean,spacious with a large balcony overlooking the mountains in the background. Beautiful site directly from the terrace. Also close to eateries and other local sites.

One of the best places we have stayed in Las Palmas. The view was beautiful, kitchen was fully stocked so it made living there for our trip much easier, and was a cozy place. Definitely would like to stay here again.

My family had a great stay here! The property is well maintained and the view of the canyons are fantastic from the balcony. My kids enjoyed the pool and we were thankful for the short walk there during peak heat! The hosts have a binder with lovely local information and have plenty of amenities to make it feel like home. Driving to the local parks and Zion National Park were a breeze to get out for short and long hikes each day.

Peace and beauty in Utah

The property was super lean. We had great communication with property owner, Clair! Absolutely beautiful view from the deck. Loved the choices of activities on the property, especially the pools. Great area to explore, especially enjoyed Snow Canyon and Zion National Park. It is a great place to stay, peaceful and quiet.

Fabulous place to stay when visiting St George. Plenty of room and loved the balcony with a view for morning coffee. One extra plus would be if there was a small bbq on the balcony. Overall would stay again.

Home base for visiting Zion and Bryce parks

We had a wonderful vacation starting with staying at this property. It had everything we needed, was very welcoming and clean. Truly accurate to the listing details. Recommend Tiffany’s Crepes for sure! A bit of a drive to the parks but the views on the drives made it worth it. Hosts were great to book with. Highly recommend this home!

Las Palmas has always been good to us, this unit was very nice, well apportioned and clean. And wow, what a view!Pools were all clean and in good shape. One small item, the clubhouse pool table has been busted up for a couple of years (I get it gets a lot of use, but could be fixed for 100, I reckon).Definitely would take this unit again.

When we travel, we love staying in vacation condos. We wanted to provide a place for fellow travelers to be able to have the comforts of home while enjoying a favorite vacation spot.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

St. George is a wonderful year-round destination. There is so much to do here. We love Zion National Park, Red Cliffs Recreation Area, Tuacahn, and Sand Hollow. Our family has also ventured out for day trips to Las Vegas, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon. We have enjoyed many family times here when family members have participated in the Marathon or Iron Man competitions. The grandkids always love playing in the splash pad by the city center. When we travel from northern Utah to California, we always love the first sighting of palm trees as we enter St. George. Las Palmas is a great resort where we can bask in the beautiful southern Utah sunshine and enjoy the amazingl red rock scenery of this area.
