The Perfect Getaway

This perfectly located condo is in the heart of Kahana, is just a short walk to a sandy beach and 5 min drive to Napili Beach. Many of the favorite shops and restaurants are located within 5 minuets of our new remodeled condo. From the spacious living room to the lanai, with a slight view of the ocean, our bright place is the perfect stop for the perfect getaway! A new washer and dryer is in place, along with a modern kitchen with all of the amenities.
We have just listed our place and are offering a discount to book our romantic and centrally located second-floor condo which promises quick and easy access to the beach and is a short 10 min. drive to the heart of Lahaina . Our private, peaceful lanai opens to a lush oasis of tropical plantings and the guest only swimming pool, is just 200 steps away . The tropically inspired décor of this inviting, family-friendly, well appointed unit ensures the perfect “Hawaiian getaway” .We have just put our place "on the market", so we have yet to receive many reviews, but I can assure you, our place is very nice and relaxing.

Sisters Vacay!

Andy's condo was amazing! The VRBO discription was spot on. The decor was up to date and the location was easy access to everything you would need. We had a wonderful time and Andy was very quick on his response to any questions we had. We would definitely recomend his condo to family and friends. Thanks Andy for sharing your amazing place.

Fantastic Spot!

Loved the location of this property. Close to the beach and Lahaina but away from the hustle and bustle of everyone to feel like a relaxing vacation spot. Renovations are great, kitchen has everything you need to cook in and take things out for a picnic etc., beach furniture was very much appreciated

Great location!

Excellent location, easy to walk to nearby beach and restaurants or just a short drive to many of our favorite snorkel spots. Small grocery store downstairs was convenient to pick up ice or other forgotten items, there is even a car vacuum around the corner at the shell to get the sand out of your rental car. Enjoyed sushi from Miso Phat directly downstairs a couple times (best sushi I’ve ever had)! The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Due to food allergies, the majority of our meals were prepared in the kitchen and we were very comfortable. We packed picnics daily for the beach and the cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella were an awesome convenience. Enjoyed several dinners and breakfasts on the lanai and enjoyed people watching, it is a busy area. The only hiccup was a dead battery on the door lock, which Andy the host responded to immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

A very nice home away from home

Stayed 2 weeks at this condo. Fully equipped in kitchen. Didn’t cook much and always had breakfasts before leaving for the day. Our first time in Maui and enjoyed exploring the towns and being being a tourists. Had several days of heavy rain where we didn’t leave but didn’t mind staying in our comfortable condo.

Kahana Vacation

The location of Kahana Manor was perfect for us. Since this was our 2nd time on Maui, we wanted to just relax and visit the local beaches and restuarants (of which there are plenty nearby). We were very happy with all the "new" amenities in the unit. Everything went well. Mahalo!

Lahaina/Kapalua perfect location

Was on a work trip but would stay here again for work or vacation. Clean, convenient, washer-dryer, comfortable bed! Tastefully remodeled and just across the street from the ocean. Restaurants and a coffee shop easily within walking distance. You could park here and walk to just about every activity you choose to do. Plenty of towels, kitchen amenities, a large TV, ample parking a keyless entry and clothes hangers (!!) to “move in” and feel right at home immediately. I highly recommend staying at this unit. Great value for the location.

Kahana Manor

The property was as shown in photos. Well maintained and clean and quiet. Location was convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. Andy was personable and helpful when needed. Really enjoyed our weeek on Maui.

Great place to stay at Maui

Andy’s place is ideally located next to the beach which is walkable. Various stores, restaurants and amenities are a short car drive away so location is very convenient. Andy’s place was well stocked with various amenities and the profile matched the actual place! Highly recommend!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at Andy’s place. It was just as described, nicely renovated and modern. The location was great! It was a short walk to a small but very nice beach and a short drive to Lahaina. The property was clean and everything went smoothly! Andy was quick to respond to our questions as well.

Impressed!

Andy was fabulous with communication which was the first sign that everything would go smoothly with our much needed vacation. The condo was wonderful - well kept, clean and easily accomodated our family. He obviously put a lot of thought into what little extras would be helpful to travelers. I would absolutely return.

The place was spotless and provided the essentials needed! The lanai didn’t provide any exciting views (a busy parking lot in the evening) but was comfortable. Comfortable bed and beautiful decor. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean, convenient location, close to the beach, thoughtful interior, good restaurants walkable

Andy is an amazing and thoughtful host. The condo is in a great location in Kahana, it has all the amenities we needed for a comfortable holiday home and felt just like home. Andy provided all the details we needed to check in smoothly, and also provided recommendations for restaurants and activities. The condo has some really good restaurants around, a nice beach was within a few minutes by walk, dedicated parking spot for the condo and lots of other spots available too.

Healing in zen

A Great Vacation

I really enjoyed staying at Andy's condo. It is clean, spacious, and has everything you need to make your "home away from home". The bed is extremely comfortable and having my own parking space made me feel extra special! Andy also provided suggestions for activities and restaurants upon request. I loved having a washer/dryer in the unit, as well as all of the kitchenware I could ever need. I didn't use the pool while there so I can't speak to that. It kind of had a hotel-feel to it with the provided shampoo, soap, etc. Very close to Lahaina AND I loved the guest book signed by previous guests. What an excellent touch! I felt like I had everything I needed during my stay.

Really easy process and enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful stay in this Perfect Getaway. The condo was clean and well appointed. Great bedroom -- exactly as shown in the picture. Cool little sushi place directly below the condo (same building). It's a little bit of a drive to get to Front Street restaurants and shops but overall just fine for our stay.

Perfect Honeymoon Spot

We can’t recommend Andy’s place enough! This was the perfect location for our honeymoon in Maui and gave us freedom to reach Wailea, Lahaina, and Napili all I’m a short amount of time. The apartment itself offers everything you should (the washer and dryer were especially handy for beach and hiking days), and we were really sad to leave at the end of our stay.

Disappointing Experience

I would like to start off by saying the condo was beautiful and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The reason for the low rating was entirely due to the accusations and insulting statements sent our way by the owner after we had left. We received a text from the owner, Andy, requesting an additional charge for extra cleaning. We then asked him to elaborate and specify what we did. Through several messages between us, Andy claimed we left his condo in "shambles" and "trashed" his condo. He also accused one of us of vomiting on a towel and throwing it outside , which is utterly ridiculous and false. The worst part was him telling us we were disgraceful and lived poorly. Our family has done a lot of traveling throughout the years and we have never been accused of such things or treated like this. We treat every place we stay at with care and respect. For this specific condo, we took out the trash, cleaned the bathroom, kitchen and living room, and put everything back to where we originally found them. The only things we didn't do were clean the bathroom towels and bed sheets, which the owner already said was included in the initial cleaning fee. It has also been made clear in our communications that Andy didn't personally see any of the things he accused of us. Everything was reported to him by a cleaning service so perhaps there was a misunderstanding between the two sides. I would like to end this by saying the incident was very disappointing and really put a damper on an otherwise fantastic vacation.

Clean with all the amenities

Super clean, cute and a fresh remodel. Host has everything you need. The location was just where we needed to be and was it was affordable. Convenient store and a couple restaraunts downstairs with a great coffee shop just around the corner. This condo was perfect for our short and sweet stay...

My wife and I have always loved Maui, and always dreamed of owning a place one day. My Niece and then my son moved out to Maui, so we had to find a place of our own, so we purchased this unit in Kahana. After a few years, I knew the place needed a upgrade, so during the Covid time, I remodeled the entire unit and add all new furniture, and completed the renovation in December 2020! Maui is a very special place and I am very happy to have a place I can call my own in Maui.
