This charming 56 square meter apartment is located in the heart of the 9th arrondissement, located on the 3rd floor with LIFT and ready to accommodate four people. It is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, close to all amenities, 19 minutes by bus from downtown and close to tourist sites and centers of interest.

Sleeping two people, the accommodation is pleasant, spacious, very bright and well appointed!
It includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a sofa to relax after a day of walking. To make your stay comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
The location of the accommodation is ideal: It is located in a quiet area and 19 minutes from downtown!
All amenities are nearby: various bars, restaurants, shops... For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket "Carrefour City" at 2 minutes walk.
You will also be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings!
During your vacations, you will have the opportunity to visit the tourist sites that make the reputation of Lyon. The location of the apartment will be an asset to visit : the Château de la Jayère at 12 minutes, the Fort de Vaise at 18 minutes, the Jean Couty Museum and the Square Compas Raison at 13 minutes by bus, and many others...
