A Perfect View is a charming four-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront cottage in the sought after Pier Park Area. Only a quick walk right across from Pier Park, this location can't be beat! This comfortable home is just the place for your family to enjoy the beaches and the convenience of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The large living area has plenty of room and a great view of the beautiful beaches! Three bedrooms are in the main house - one is an efficiency with its own kitchenette! The fourth bedroom/third bathroom is located off the carport in its own cozy cottage. The best part of the property is the fabulous deck! The large, beachside deck has both an open area for those wanting to catch some rays and a covered area to enjoy the views. A Perfect View is the perfect property for your family vacation! Includes a washer and dryer, three tvs with cable, free wifi, and covered parking for some vehicles.

Perfect Location

The house is in walking distance to Pier Park, the Pier, and restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The star of the show was the back porch!!!!

Family trip

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Literally steps from the gulf. Kept driving to a minimum since we were literally on the beach and could walk to multiple restaurants. Nice outside deck that was partially covered which was nice to get out of the sun or still be able to enjoy being outside if it rained

If I’m dreaming don’t pinch me. I don’t want to wake up! This place had comfortable beds, plenty of seating and a back porch that makes you feel like you are living the dream! It had everything we needed and more.

A week at the beach

We had a wonderful week at the beach. We step off the back porch right onto the sand. You couldn’t ask for anything better beautiful sunset. Everything was fantastic. We’ve been there before. We’ll go again.

Our first stay at Panama City Beach

This was our first stay on Panama City Beach. We came to participate in the Florida Ironman. It was the perfect location for the race! If I do the race again I will definitely be booking this listing again.

Perfect setting for a family vacation

I’ll definitely be returning to this house! The set up was incredible in the location is unbeatable! You can travel here and then never get in your vehicle until you have to leave!

The name says it all!

The house is older with a small kitchen BUT I rented it based on the 2 king beds, the location, and that wonderful back patio! We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and in the living room as there was plenty of seating in both areas. You will not be disappointed.

Great Location

The location was of this property was perfect. It is right on the beach, just across the street fro Peir Park, and close to everything we needed. We were able to see dolphins in the ocean everyday.

Great family trip

We rented this house to celebrate mom’s 80th birthday. This house met all our needs. My dad has walking issues, so we wanted something on one level, and beachfront so mom could enjoy the view while being with dad. The house was just as expected; it worked well tor dad and his walker. The house had great living spaces for sharing with family! The living room had plenty of couches for everyone to sit on. Our favorite space was the outside deck. We spent a lot of time out there! There were also plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 8 people. The location was as expected. It was within easy walking distance to Pier Park. The house is very close to a public beach that allows dogs. That can be an advantage or disadvantage, depending on how you feel about them. The houses on each side are close to this house. We talked to some of the people staying in one of the houses as we all enjoyed our decks. One lady even came up and offered to take family pictures! The rental company was easy to work with and provided a personal touch. They even let us know the house was ready before check in and allowed us to check in early! Overall, we had a great trip!

Family Vacation

The name of the place says it all. This house’s view is AMAZING. The location is great, so close to pier park but not overly loud or a hassle to get out of. It’s also right next to the dog beach so very fun to watch all of them run around all week! The house is cozy but holds a lot of space for a lot of people. Our family (3 couples and 2 kids) had plenty of space to hang out, eat together and relax without being right on top of each other. The back porch is the selling point, being covered, you can be out there in the middle of the day without being affected by the heat and sun. You can also enjoy a beach thunderstorm all while snuggled on the couch. We loved almost everything about the house! I will say the one downfall there was was the cleanliness. There was trash, wrappers, dirty towels, dropped food the cleaners left behind. Not a ton of items but enough to be noticeable. I know the cleaners have a quickly turn around and some things may be missed, however somethings like the dropped candy/food were in plain sight. I will say, we did contact management regarding the back porch not being cleaned and they were very quick to send the cleaners back out to have that taken care of. They were happy to assist in that matter and were super friendly. The inside items were not noticed until later and I think just a little more attention during the cleaning would’ve been great. Otherwise, we will definitely look into staying here again!

Great stay overall

This house was perfect for me and my group! It’s in a prime location and had plenty of room for everyone. The back porch is to die for!! My only complaint is that I had to stop to pick up keys. A keyless entry pad would be ideal. I had to adjust my schedule for the day a tad just to make sure I made it to the property management company on time. Not a huge deal, but kind of a pain. Also, the kitchen is tiny! We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but when we did, it was kind of stressful given the space. I also didn’t see a washer and dryer on site, but the listed said it was available and the outdoor grill needs to be updated. The bunk beds are also pretty outdated and pretty squeaky. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, but the house could use some updates and the check-in process could be a bit easier. I would definitely stay here again though!

Awesome Location

The home was just as described, but the back porch was the best part. We spent all if our morning and evenings resting on the porch enjoying the views. The location was very convenient, especially since we had teenagers that could just walk to the pier. Just in and out process could not of been easier.
