Sea Oates is the perfect one story beachfront home featuring an exceptionally spacious living area with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and a great deck ready and waiting for the sun seeker. The kitchen is light and airy and shares the beautiful gulf view with the living and dining areas. There are two lovely beachfront master bedrooms each with a king bed and two additional bedrooms each with their own bath. Sea Oates is at the west end of Panama City Beach in the Laguna Beach area. Laguna Beach is popular for its low density population and is out of the way of the busy areas of the beach while being just a few miles away. Features included are a large beachfront deck, wet bar with wine cooler, washer and dryer, breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, cable TV and DVD.

Great beach house and location

Loved this place and would definitely stay here again. Open floor plan and large deck great for family hangouts. Easy beach access with beach hose. Plenty of parking. Only negative was lack of self checkin but that’s not a major thing.

Much needed relaxation

This trip was to allow our daughter to relax after graduating Nursing School. The house was just like the pictures and description. We have stayed at another property just a few houses down from this one and prefer this area. Away from the hustle and bustle of PCB, but close enough to jump in the car and grab some dinner or shopping. You just want to make sure you put your stuff outside early because people will invade the area in front of the house. We are early risers and didn’t have any issues. Would totally book this property again!! Thank you for allowing us to rent your property!!!

This is a beautiful location that's perfect for families, would go back It could use some updating

There was some confusion with the final cost. First I received an invoice from VBRO with one price, which was followed by another invoice from Sunspot Realty. This invoice showed a significant increase in what I thought was the total cost. Sunspot said they were new to VBRO and hadn't factored in VBROs costs with the final total. No choice but to pay. The housekeeping was generally acceptable but seemed mostly superficial. We found several items that had obviously been left by previous renters (toys. and even a bag of leftover Easter items, i.e. plastic eggs, candy wrapper, etc.) . I would suggest the oven could use a good cleaning, every time we used it the smoke set off the fire alarms. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed. We loved the location and the house floor plan, perfect for a beachside home. It could probably benefit from some updating

Janet, We are glad you enjoyed your vacation. To clarify, you were not charged any more than was originally quoted you. The initial charge did not charge 50% of your total. That has since been corrected and we explained this to you as best we could. We have no control over vrbo fees and those fees would not have been shown on our invoice. Thank you for the feedback we will pass your notes on to the owners and correct the cleaning comments.

fun week

this was a comfortable home - nothing fancy but quite serviceable - kitchen stocked well for cooking and baking - bathrooms appeared new/refitted recently. New ocean-side deck was great. Grill was charcoal and rather decrepit so didn't use it. I broke my ankle a few weeks prior to out visit but was able to roll around quite well in my wheelchair in the house. Over-all, likes the house.

Great location. Great accommodations. Very roomy. Great property managers. Will use them again. Only glitch was Bay County allowing contractor's to stage dredging equipment on the beach over Labor Day weekend. One star for Bay County.

Family and softball trip

Enjoyed our stay just need to have the freezer fixed and cleaning crew to step it up loved the layout perfect for big family and groups and easy access to beach will be back. Just need to replace beds and modernize the interior

Nice place, but...........

Great location. The house layout was very nice with the living space/kitchen was the center of the house with bedrooms/bathrooms on each corner. The living/kitchen was updated but the bedrooms/baths and deck need updated. The pictures on the web site are outdated on the bedrooms and deck. (Not what the pictures indicate. They served the purpose but for the price you have to pay the decor should be accordingly. As well, the patio furniture was not so good. It’s a vacation house and setting out on the deck viewing the beach/ocean should be top priority. Also, deep cleaning needs to be done instead of just hitting the high spots.

Great for Two Families

This is a great spot for two families to share. The beach is just steps away, and easy to enjoy from the big porch as well. The layout is perfect for two families with a set of bedrooms on either side of the open living space. The bathrooms were nice and large with enough space to hang wet items to dry. The appliances all worked and the kitchen was well stocked with things for cooking and eating. Will stay again.
