Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place offering a lovely view of the sea just out your window! Located in Ramsgate Harbour, a low-rise 3-story condo complex on the tranquil West end of Front Beach Road, this spacious Gulf front condo offers amazing views of the beach without the crowds.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
This vacation rental features: 2 Bedroom, 2½ bathroom
1) full-size appliances
2) A breakfast bar
3) A full dining area.
4) A full kitchen with a dishwasher
5) The kitchen, dining and living area and a half bath are on the first level
6) 1st floor has a balcony overlooking the beach.
7) On the second level, the master bedroom faces the Gulf and has a private balcony.
8) The master and guest bedrooms are both upstairs
9) 2 full bathrooms are also on the second level.
10) There is a 1/2 bath on the 1st level

Ramsgate Harbour features a gulf-front heated pool (seasonally), grilling areas, an outdoor restroom facility and covered parking directly beneath the building. Ramsgate Harbour has access to 500 feet of beautiful beach, so your beach experience, right in front of the condo, feels private!
Ramsgate is adjacent to 30A and away from the heavy tourism areas. This community offers some of the most secluded beachfront property in the area, while still being close to the Panhandle’s finest restaurants, shopping and other entertainment options. Totaling 66 units, Ramsgate Harbour is a lower density complex that boasts 550 feet of private beachfront.

Publix, Winn Dixie, and CVS are just steps away, where you can pick up groceries, wine, beer, liquor, pharmacy, gifts, beach accessories – just about anything needed to enjoy your vacation.

After booking a stay at Ramsgate Harbour, guests are required to complete an online registration process, including a mandatory one-time vehicle registration fee of $36.35 (per vehicle). A vehicle registration link will be provided. It is essential that guests list the exact dates of their stay, as the HOA actively enforces towing for unauthorized vehicles.
Ramsgate Harbour offers unassigned parking in its generously sized lot. All parking is first-come, first-served. Guests bringing more than one vehicle must register each vehicle separately. Please note that boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis are not permitted on the property.
Details to note:
Beach Chair and Umbrella Service Available March 1st – Oct 31st! As long as you are staying at least 2 full days, guests renting this unit may have access to 2 chairs and 1 umbrella (starting no earlier than day two). On your day of arrival, go directly to Surf N Sun in person bringing proof of reservation (including unit number, first and last name, and any other required information).
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
