Nice place just a few issues

Great place and location the only issues we had was the freezer was not working right and wouldn't make ice. The floors looked clean but were not mopped. No wash cloths. Other than that our stay was great. Comfortable beds and large TV's in all rooms. Lots of furniture on the balcony great view. Thanks

Family vacation trip

This condo had a lot of space. There are bathrooms in all 3 bedrooms which is a big plus! The beds were comfortable. The living room is spacious with adequate seating, we had 8 in our group, 2 of them children. The balcony is very spacious and the view is beautiful! The furniture needs updating, especially the dining room. The dining room seats also had food on them (like a child had sat there and spilled chips) There was also not enough silverware so you may want to bring some. Other than that, everything was great! We would stay again!

Renter Beware of Vacasa!!

This was a horrible experience with Vacasa. I hope the homeowner and VRBO know what they are getting with Vacasa. The unit rented did not have power or water and we were unable to check in. Vacasa has refused a refund due to act of nature. I say they should have offered another condo as an option. Instead corporate west coast Vacasa was all I could reach and they refused to connect me with the Myrtle Beach local office. When I finally did hear from them they told me it was a corporate decision to not refund my money but funny that the corporate office told me it was the local office decision. They are corrupt and too big to take care of actual customers. As a previous owner of a rental property- I would demand better. The local Myrtle Beach office is terrible as well as the corporate office. Do yourselves a favor and avoid any contact with them. Rent another unit but make sure it isn’t Vacasa!!

Great Place

We had such a great time here in this house. all we need is available. we are comfortable and pur kids are happy. The only set back on this stay was the neighbors were smoking in the balcony, which supposedly a smoke free. I called them numerous times to complain but nothing was done with these people. other than that, we def would stay again! Thank you once again!

Beautiful view but not clean

Room had potential to be amazing. The view was breathtaking & the decor was nice.....but not clean. Stains on the couch & chairs in living and dining room. Floor was filthy, thick dust on slotted door near kitchen. Luke warm water in master bath shower. Definitely disappointed for the $700/night stay!

Awesome stay!

This unit was absolutely great! Perfect! It had EVERYTHING we needed from the spacious layout to the fully equipped kitchen. Everyone had a blast. Check in and check out was very easy and hassle free. Excellent communication with the staff from beginning to end. Will definitely visit again.

Apartment very Nice, a little older furnishings, but in great shape!

Enjoyed the additional love seat in apartment. Smart T.V.s were a challenge. Really disappointed that only one TV had cable but it was not in the main living room space. It was a challenge to watch Holiday Bowl Games. Indoor pool was a disappointment. Cloudy water, Lukewarm We used it only once. Outdoor pool was not heated. One heated hot tub, second tub was not very hot. Lazy river not heated. Fortunately, the last week of Dec. was extremely warm, so the beach was GREAT for grandchildren!

Condo was amazing. Neighbors however were terrible. Loud obnoxious blacks who were yelling cursing and smoking weed the whole time. Front desk was not reachable and I guess they don’t want white people there anyway. Wish we knew ahead of time this was how they apartment complex was. Beware, blacks have taken over!!!

Home is great, however

The home was amazing but the neighbors were awful. I have loud pot smoking cursing thugs above and on both sides of me. I tried to call the front desk from the phone in the home and received a busy tone. Used my cell phone and was put on hold indefinitely. The other renters clearly do not care about rules and didn’t like much that we were white. They were absolutely obnoxious and disrespectful. I will not be back.

Room 1203 Bahama Sands

That was the nicest condo that I have ever stayed in. Absolutely spotless, i mean every thing looked brand new! The floors, walls , furnishings were perfect. The balcony was huge and in brand new condition . The linens looked brand new, our towels were even shaped like little fans, something you would see on a cruise ship! The location of Bahama Sands is fantastic, so convenient to everything. 8 loved being able to ride the elevator right to our car! This place has many elevators, and they are fast, Absolutely no waiting. Everything we could possibly need was furnished with our condo. I would give this place 20 stars if I could!!

Wedding Weekend

We were in Myrtle Beach for my nephew’s wedding. The home was clean and the furniture was good. My complaints were the carpet in the bedrooms and the front door was hard to open. Tile would have been preferable than carpet.
