I want to start by saying that we enjoyed our stay and the condo, as a whole, was very nice. The carpets were clean. The beds were comfortable and clean. The furniture was clean. The owners were VERY responsive to messages and that was so nice. We presented an issue with the front door handle on day one. She did send someone to look at it but we were told “several of them are like that.” The door handle ended up falling off. The door sticks a little and you have to pull on it to shut. The handle was very wiggly and fell off completely on day 4. The maintenance number listed was out dated. But she did send people out to eventually replace the door handle. The process took several hours and my husband had to stay in the condo all day while the problem was being solved. We went to use the dishwasher the same day and found out that that didn’t work. Not a huge deal but if it’s there it should work unless there’s a note or something stating otherwise. Lastly - while the condo was clean- it could use a good deep clean. There was a lot of dust behind the headboard of the bed. The vent in the bathroom of the main bedroom was almost clogged with dust. And the slatted doors were pretty dirty. The balcony doors didn’t lock. It’s on the fifth floor- I wasn’t that worried about it but they had locks on them- they just didn’t work. Again- overall our stay was good.
