The kitchen's huge island invites you to eat a sunny breakfast, or you can opt for the quiet kitchen table tucked away to do your crosswords. There is a second work station (built- in desk) off of the kitchen. There is plenty of desk and counter space throughout the home for multiple individuals doing remote work.

The spectacular remodeled kitchen is a highlight of this home— with quartz countertops, custom maple cabinets, and stylish accents. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher) and a toaster. The kitchen makes you feel as if you are on the set of a TV cooking show—with everything needed for the home chef or for entertaining. This is a fantastic home for visiting faculty to OSU, health care providers coming to Corvallis for a few months, season ticket holders to OSU games, or for family members wanting to visit their Corvallis family (but wanting to stay separately & nearby!). This is also a perfectly located "home base" for people relocating to Corvallis and searching for the perfect home to buy! Monthly Rent includes all utilities, including high speed internet, gas, electric, water/sewer, trash/recycling, and gardening. There are 4 off-street parking spaces on the property for our tenants and guests(rare in the downtown district--great for OSU games!!), and additional on-street parking. There is a modern Washer/Dryer in the home, which is accessed from the kitchen or the backdoor. We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (no dogs on the furniture), but note that there is NO fenced yard, and the backyard is dedicated to parking spaces, so tenants are advised to keep their dog on leash in the front yard and take advantage of a few great parks just 2 blocks away, or the dog park nearby, or the many wonderful walking paths & trails that Corvallis has to offer.
